Cool Yeah did a great job replacing my upstairs AC system. Really happy with it, and it was set up in a tidy manner. Removed the old system which was over expected life and installed new.

I like the detail that Robert went into in what he was doing to replace the system. Also really liked as an owner he was hands-on involved, and the whole crew was great. I called a number of AC companies to ensure a fair deal. One of the larger never called back after several requests, another much higher priced. And Cool Yeah had great response time on calls for pricing, scheduling and follow-up.

Well the only thing I can really say good was the young man was pleasant he was here right on time, didn't really do much ,:which was we had a leak in our evaporator , and it was $2,100 and I said we don't have it and I was going to get a second opinion which I did, and yes it did need cleaning 6 months check up I don't know what much you do just look at it and tell me I have a leak, call your office that money was for labor that's way too much the leak was miniscule I had not lost any 4:10. so we were good, my husband was shown how to clean the outside which took about 10 minutes not bad and it's running beautifully and didn't cost me $2,100 which is ridiculous for labor I'm not sure how you justify that much labor?? but I've gone online and nobody else charges that much for that job, what you didn't need a new evaporator but I'm surprised he didn't catch that my blue light was hanging and it was burned out or was that going to be a surprise after he got my 2,100.00 and oh my goodness now we need 800.00 for a blue light,,,? which we had taken out. so that was not caught ,not happy,!!!

Had Graham out to look at a unit at my rental property that had stopped working. Tech stated that my unit had come off the brackets and everything was separated. I needed to replace the unit. Minimum of $13,000 and over $17,000 if I got all the “bells and whistles”. If I wanted to repair it would be over $5000. For the age of the unit he said it made no sense to fix it. The unit could go out at any given time. He advised he would send me quotes (which I never got). Let him know in the meantime I would get a second opinion. Thankfully I did. The other company came out the next morning and said no problem to repair it. Had it done in less than three hours at a cost of $735. They said if I needed to replace the unit because the repair did not hold a replacement would be $8000 and they would credit me 50% of the repair towards the cost. I’ve used Graham for years back to the Shiver days but this was the last time. Found my new company going forward.

Zach L. was here, 5/12/24. He was a kind, understanding, and knowledgeable representative for Graham Heating and Air. My one star rating is for Graham not Zach. Unfortunately, however, we no longer have confidence in Graham or Amana because of the problems we have had with our new unit that was installed last September (September 2024). A new compressor was supposed to be installed today but was not at the warehouse when Zach went to pick it up (even though it was ordered May 7 by Zach.) We had to buy two new window units at a cost of $360 that we installed on May 8 while waiting on Graham and Amana because the Amana, less than a year old, had stopped cooling. As of today, the Amana AC is still not cooling and we don’t even know how long we will be waiting for it to actually work. If we cannot count on it to work when it isn’t even a year old, how can we have confidence in it in the years to come?

Great job. Shawn & Adrian were both fantastic. They are not only good AC technicians but we're very polite, cleaned up and just all around great people. I highly recommend this team. They installed my AC outside unit on a stand that elevats it 34 inches that will be the standard at my codo complex. Thank you so much.

The work performed was good. The tech said I need a new 45+5 capacitor. He said the cost was $425. This is totally cost gouging. I purchased a new capacitor on line for $23.70. It will take me about 15 minutes or less to install it. NOTE: On 7/18/25 another AC company checked the capacitor and it did not need to be replaced.

The owner retired from the company I previously had servicing my HVAC system. I found out when I called to schedule my annual checkup and to renew my yearly service contract. The company was now Graham Heating and Air Conditioning. They no longer have service contracts but the customers they acquired were in something called the Comfort Club. They would come out check the unit and clean the drain line at no cost but cleaning was not included. If that was needed it would be extra. When the service tech arrived he said he would check the indoor unit and the compressor unit. I asked about cleaning, and he would discuss that after he looked at the system. He spent some time looking at everything. I know a little something about HVAC. The service tech came in and started rattling off that I was low on freon possibly due to a leak, my starter run cap was rusted, the evaporator coil had a lot of growth, compressor unit was running warm, along with some other issues. My compressor unit was still under warranty, but the inside unit was refurbished and out of warranty. He had pictures to back up what he was telling me. All I could see was the $$$ adding up. With last year’s service there were no issues. I am thinking to myself how could so much go wrong in a year’s time. Something just didn’t seem right. I was initially going to have the freon added and would think about the other problems. When he quoted the price and could not tell me how many pounds I would need, I declined that as well and decided to get a second opinion. So happy I did. There was nothing wrong with my HVAC system and I was not low on freon. Not sure what unit those pictures belonged to, but it was not mine. I believe the tech thought he had a fish on the line that could be taken advantage of. This was very upsetting wondering if and when my system would stop working. I have read and seen stories of dishonest companies using these tactics but never experienced them firsthand. While this may not be the company’s practice to drum up business, it’s a reminder that if nothing else always get a second opinion. So disappointing after years of excellent service to be mistreated by the new company.

Zach D was our tech again. He resolved an ongoing issue that we did not understand the origin. Zach thoroughly explained the problem, the origin, and the solution. Wonderful man and great service.

Had to have the work order verified. It was written up as just to clean the coils with cleaner instead of pulling the coil and doing a full clean. Other than that they were very professional and want about the job on the two units with quick and effective workmanship

Great service once you determined the problem. The first three visits did not id the problem. Once Zack got here, we realized the unit had to be replaced

Dakota, the service tech assigned to me, was knowledgeable and quick to assess what he thought the problem and resolve should be. VERY pushy to sell a new unite, especially when I told him I was going to get a second opinion. When it came time to pay for the service call, he over charged me. He lied about the amount of time he spent servicing my unite. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me the office was closed - but it was not.
Immediately after Dakota left, I drove to their office and was greeted at the door with Dakota, his supervisor, and the office staff. They were still open for business.
The supervisor and I spoke in his office. He was very willing and quick to resolve any issues. I informed him that if I choose to utilize their services again, Dakota is not to be assigned to my house in the future.

    Terrible terrible service!!
Scheduled for a cleaning and received nothing but a sales pitch
for something that apparently only he (DH) had knowledge of and none of the previous tech’s ever mentioned.

Jose did a great job doing our maintenance service. We’re very pleased with the job he did and with Graham Heating and Air.

5/15/25. Graham Heating and Air and Zack D. were great yesterday having a technician come to fix our air just hours after making the call. Dakota did a great job fixing the problem and explaining what we can do to prevent the problem from happening again. Again, we are very pleased with Graham Heating and Air and the work that Dakota did. Roger and Nancy Kimble

6/10/25. Kobi from Graham Heating and Air Conditioning did our maintenance checkup today. He checked the unit thoroughly and everything was running good. He did a great job in a timely manner. Once again, Graham Heating and Air conditioning provided great service.

One month ago I had the cooks replaced and the system was serviced by graham. This morning the system quit again. Called for service MATT D came. He is knowledgeable but $425 is a bit steep for a system that was guaranteed and warranted a month ago for a clog that should have been handled last month.

Kobi came out for our annual service, but ran into a stubborn problem clearing the drain line. He stayed with it until the problem was resolved. We appreciate his dedication to doing the job right.

Having done business with Shiver Air for many years, it was somewhat disconcerting to learn that the business was now operated by Graham Air. However, when the scheduler contacted me with the offer of a free cleaning and system check, she was gracious and very cordial. I remained somewhat skeptical when the technician, Jose, arrived, but he, too, was very personable and concerned that my a/c and heating was operating efficiently. He quickly cleaned and analyzed my system and somewhat to my surprise, told me that everything checked out fine. My fears were gone and I now know that Shiver Air's successor, Graham Air, operates with the same professionalism and integrity that I had come to expect over years. Thank you, Graham Air.
