My pool is always blue and pretty. But more than that I know the pool equipment is being looked after as well

We have been using Mark and Michael for 7 years now and are always happy with the professionalism and knowledge in keeping our pool sparkling clean every time they come. We will continue using them in the future. Not easy finding people who are consistent and friendly anymore.

I found Blu Honu Pool Service on another website that gave their company very high marks for their service. I have had their service for about a year now. They always take care of anything that is needed for our pool. Mark always comes prepared. I know that at any given time our pool is ready for a swim. Especially important to us because we have lots of grandchildren that swim here. 😊

This company is amazing! I just bought a house with a pool and found Blue Honu on line. I called and they serviced my pool the next Monday. Then a couple weeks later the pool pump went out. Mark came by on his day off and checked and sure enough it was on its last leg. Two days later Mark installed a new pool pump! TWO DAYS!! That is amazing service! Mark really knows his pools! I would recommend this company very highly!

Pool company that really goes above and beyond for their customers. Price is very reasonable and they have never tried to increase it and we have been with them for awhile now. They come every week around the same time and you can always count on them to be there. When they leave our pool looks phenomenal and they send you an email reading with your chemical updates. Our pool never looked better!! We will never use anyone else!

Great company! Micheal is amazing, responsive and my pool has never been cleaner. I hired other companies in the past and they were never able to consistently maintain a clean pool. Micheal and his team came in and within 2 weeks my pool went from green to crystal clear! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have been working with Mike Daniel and Blue Honu since I bought my house in Pass A Grille three years ago. Great company!!!! Totally dependable. As an absentee owner service was very important to me. They never miss a service date (even over the holidays) and look after my pool like it was their own. They give me recommendations on care, will go the extra mile without asking me on servicing it and contact me if they think I need some additional maintenance. On top of this, their price is VERY competitive. I would highly recommend Blue Honu if you are looking for a pool company.

They keep my pool looking so beautiful at all times. The service they provide is great and saves me a lot of stress and time. I was really struggling to maintain my pool and finally decided it was time to leave it to professionals. They are great at what they do and I’m thankful to have found this company. I have used Blue Honu pool services since I bought the house four years ago. They are absolutely wonderful. They’re very responsive if I have a problem and their communication is excellent. They call me right back. My pool always looks absolutely beautiful after they are done with it I would use them again and I highly recommend them..

Mark and Michael are WONDERFUL!!!! I love
to support local businesses and always seek them out but I've had so many issues finding a reliable knowledgeable pool company. We went through a few before a coworker recommended Mark. I'm so glad. Mark's always on time, my pool has never looked better, no more worries and they're affordable. I'm not pool capable, they saved my sanity and my family is having fun swimming again. Don't waste your time anywhere else, just go straight to these guys.

They started off as a great company. But then it went downhill. The DE filter wasn’t cleaned in the 2-3 years that we had service with your company. The spa stopped working and the company that fixed it sent me a pic of how dirty it was and how it hasn’t been cleaned… The last two times the tech came out, he didn’t even brush the tiles or pool shelf. We never complained about the increase in price because we want good service. But we weren’t receiving it. Thank you

Its a shame. Was using these guys when they first started and service was great. Now- not so much. So I brought my concerns up to the Owner who responded. "We are bringing on new customers faster than we can manage at $160 a month. We are about to do a price increase for anyone under $130 a month to a minimum of $145. But I just think the price increase right when you are not happy with the service is going to be a non-starter and maybe it's best if you find a new pool service company".

Customer service 101- take care of your existing customers. Especially those who have been loyal to you for nearly 7 years. I had another pool service company in 30 minutes.

I highly recommend Blue Honu Pool Service. I have never had a pool service, more reliable and informative. Communication is excellent, letting us know if our pump is not turning on or if the water level is too low, etc. We get to enjoy our pool without the headache. They even send me a beautiful photo every time they clean the pool!! so grateful we found this company.

They are nice, trustworthy and committed to providing quality stress free pool service! I have had zero issues and if I have any questions, Mark has always answered my call/text/email. I've used Blue Honu Pool Services for many years. They are extremely professional and prompt. Their level of customer service is second to none. I'd rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. Our pool always is perfect. We receive a photo of the completed service every week, including a list of chemicals and amounts used. I've recommended them to a number of friends who are also very happy with their service. I went through a number of pool cleaning companies, and was never satisfied until I found Blue Honu.

Found pools next door after our previous servicer disappointed us. Our pool was a swamp for weeks until AJ showed up! It was back to normal very quickly. AJ is very knowledgeable, entertains all of our questions, is punctual and our pool has looked great since he started coming. No complaints here! We’re loving be able to actually use our pool this summer instead of constantly battling the swamp!

This was our first day with Josh servicing our pool using Pools Next Door. It was great meeting Josh. He’s very personable and he’s very efficient and knowledgeable. We had hurricane debris and needed help. The pool looks clean and clear again. Thanks Josh!
