I switched to this company about 4 weeks ago and I am so happy I did! Very professional, I love that I get an emailed report of my weekly pool servicing, what was done, the levels, etc. Owners are wonderful and communicate well.
Kenny is my technician and he is awesome. Great guy, helpful and knowledgeable, and cleans my pool very well. He also doesn’t mind one of my dogs constantly bringing him rocks and balls to throw while he is there trying to work and clean my pool, haha (sorry Ken).
Great company so far, highly recommend!

I've had this company now for a few years for weekly pool service. No complaints! But, I've recently had my pool remodeled, and I'm very happy with that work. Took a little time to get the estimate, but worth the wait. Due to other projects being delayed over holidays, though, I was very lucky in terms of completion turnaround. I signed the contract on Tuesday and had the work complete by the following Monday. More importantly than the speed of completion, I'm very happy with the result. They incorporated tiles from my recent paver replacement (diamonds added to pool steps), I went with the Emerald Isle surface color, plus I had my ancient equipment replaced. Love the light that was added! Really makes for a dramatic effect at night.

Nick was awesome. Pool looks great. Took sometime to talk with me about how to improve my circulation.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Pools Nextdoor for assigning Calvin Dollard to maintain our pool. Since he started, he has done an outstanding job. I use the pool 5-6 times per week for fitness and I appreciate how clean and safe he keeps it for us. He keeps to a regular schedule, which allows us to plan for his arrivals. Thank you very much.

I have been super happy with Pools Nextdoor. I've used several pool cleaning companies over the years and Justine with PND has hands down been the best and most reliable tech. He manually vacuums my pool every week whether it looks dirty or not. He is so courteous and goes above and beyond to make sure my pool always sparkles. If he doesn't know how to fix a problem, he will research until he finds the solution. The company also fixes vacuums, pumps, etc and takes the time to call and explain what needs to be done. They are quick to respond and pleasant to work with and the the monthly fee is very reasonable. I highly recommend PND and if you can, request Justine to be your tech! You won't be disappointed!

Big Fan of this crew! They have been doing a great job, excellent communication and fantastic work ethic. Kenny comes out and gets the job done. I had called about an issue with the pool and Kenny was at my house in 10 mins to take care of it! This is what customer service should look like. I also had a small leak from one of my old pipes and they had Omar out here quickly to repair it. He fixed it in less than 15 mins and the cost to repair was exceptionally reasonable. They didn't drag me over the coals with labor costs or marked up replacement parts. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Pools Next Door for your equipment and service needs. Omar came out and replaced the pump and filter on our pool, he was excellent! Kathy in the office was friendly and on top of all our requests. Robbie set up service promptly and communicated the process to ensure a smooth transition.

I had a pleasant conversation with AJ and Jalen today. They confirmed my thoughts about oir pol and did a very good job. Thank you for taking good care of our pool.

Pools Next Door provides excellent pool service, repair, rehab, etc. The owners, Michael and Cindy Sparks, are truly good people and they employ a qualified and conscientious staff. We appreciate them so much, especially after catastrophic flooding from Hurricane Helene fall of 2024. We have complete confidence in them and you will too!

We just moved back to Florida and were in need of a good pool service! Called and spoke to Robert regarding setting up weekly service. They were able to get us the schedule and have someone out there the same week. Calvin is our technician and we could not be more happy with his professionalism. He is amazing! Our salt system and filters, pumps and weekly services with Pools Next Door are the best experience compared to other over several years. Highly recommended. Kenny is knowledgeable, courteous and always shows up with the right chemicals and tools to service.

We loved our prior pool company, but Pools Next Door offered a far more cost-effective cleanup service after the Hurricane and continue to provide great service to us, especially Ken. He takes great care of our pool and is a fantastic resource for us to understand care and maintenance of our very first home with a pool. We have had only very positive experiences with them!

I have been customer of Pools Next Door for a couple of years now. They have always been reliable and efficient. When I have had issues with my pool, they have been responsive. I have had friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful pool techs. I had an issue with my system over the weekend and got a callback from Michael, who was very helpful and troubleshooting with me and getting my system back up and running. My current tech, Kenny, is very friendly and polite and respectful, as well as doing a great job keeping my pool looking at its best.

I am a fairly new customer, about 2 months, and so far I've been very pleased. They are timely and the photos we receive after our weekly service is great, along with simplified statement on the condition of our pool. They are very accommodating to the fact that I have a large guard dog. One week I was not home to bring the dog in, and the technician simply said "no problem, I'll come back tomorrow." On another occasion, the technician emptied out water from our pool to where my wife inquired why. The technician was very detailed on answering the questions and providing the reason. They are very interested in preventing costly repairs with proactive actions. Yes, these proactive actions cost money, but it's better than replacing something that's in the thousands. Nick has been phenomenal.

Spoke to Robert about some items i wanted done to our pool and was extremely confident in what we discussed. Was told the techs would be out the next day and they were !
Pools Next Door was FAST , FRIENDLY and AFFORDABLE! 10/10 Recommend !!
