Kyle came out on a very hot sunday and replaced a part on my a/c. Very polite, respectful and professional. Arrived in a timely manner. Very satisfied with this sevice and the people that work there.

Hooked up new Thermostat and blower was not working, so sent a tech out the next day no charge and we had the AC and Heat working after resetting the unit. Took 20-30 minutes and all was well. Thank you!!

Cool-Aide under the ownership of Shawn and his tech, Stephen, are doing a fine job. They are timely, efficient and most of all, helpful!

Tech services an admittedly older system and made it start up after 2 hours. However, because it was older, he would NOT honor any warranty of his work. But the most troubling aspect was that after I questioned the high bill given to me, he asked that I make the check out to another company named Sun Up AC. Questionable business practice that I will follow up on. I won’t call these clowns back ever. He drove a plain white van, no logos, no supplies..BTW, the system is blowing hot air. Beware of these crooks

I have been using this company for a year now and they provide the best service! They are always honest and trust worthy, they let me know about old insulation and shotty duct work for my AC and when and what to look out for when it comes to replacing it. Fair pricing with a great yearly program that just gives me piece of mind knowing i dont have to worry about my air with this florida heat. Definitely recommend.

This was the most prompt, honest AC company I have ever dealt with ! Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. 24 hour emergency service is available. I called other companies and they couldn’t help me for 2 days.

Steve was fantastic. Very knowledgable about all things HVAC. Took the time to explain what he thought the issue was as well as how he would troubleshoot it. Kept me in the loop the entire time and expressed his commitment to getting the problem resolved. Steve had the system back up and fully operational in under two hours. Also shared valuable tips on
replacing the AprilAire filter, frequency and type as well as how and where to install a UV light properly. Highly recommended!

I placed a call in at 7:30 pm that my homebAC unit was not cooling. My call was answered gave them some basic information and then was told a technician would call me when he would be on his way. It wasn't very I received the call and Shawn showed up fix what was wrong. Shawn was VERY professional and explained the repair. I will definitely use this company for my business and 20 condos that we manage.

I heard of Cool-Aide from another friend. After receiving a few quotes Cool-Aide was the best for the services I need. I am glad I chose them because they were timely, very good at communication and the work was done in a professional manner.

Our A/C went out this past weekend, so I looked up a 24 hour a/c company. I found Cool Aide on Yelp and they were AWESOME. A man named Fred actually walked us through the steps to remedy it over the phone, saving us so much money. He literally spent about 45 minutes total talking to us and making sure we knew each step to take until we had it fixed. We then had someone from the company come out to do a maintenance on the system. The man that came was knowledgeable, not a pushy salesman, and actually showed my husband and I each thing that was going on in our system so we could understand the mechanism better. When it comes to things of this nature where you don't fully understand the technicalities of the machines in your home, you can often feel taken, like you're dealing with a used car salesman. This was not the case at all with Cool Aide. I highly recommend this company.

So thankful that Steve was able to help us with our AC! He was so kind and worked with my busy schedule. He was very professional and he explained everything to me. He addressed the issue and corrected it. He also showed me how to properly preform periodic maintenance to prolong the life of the unit and keep our home nice and cool! As a homeowner, and as a woman, it’s hard to find reliable and trustworthy companies and individuals to work on my home. Most want to take advantage and up sell. This was NOT the case with Cool-Aide Air Conditioning. I’ve been looking for a company to build a professional relationship with that I can use for routine maintenance on my VERY old system, and for the future when I need to replace it. I feel I have found this with Cool-Aide AC. Steve was my technician today, and when he arrived he listened to me and respected what I wanted as the homeowner. He was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. I recommend this company and Steve to anyone looking for good honest service for their AC needs. 5/5!

This is an amazing company! They went above and beyond my exceptions in every way, from their customer service, amazing communication and overall ease of working with them. The tech that helped me was Kyle and he could not have been kinder and was so considerate and helpful. They were so quick in sending someone out. I called pretty late in the day, i thought id have to suffer through this Florida heat for a night but they got someone out same day! I could keep going on about them, but they are my go to for AC needs always.

Been using this company for a while now with still great service and really like their yearly service program, highly recommend.
