We had amazing service from Sokol! He is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything so well. He even took pictures and videos in the attic so we could see everything he was doing. What a kind and respectful man. Plus he cleaned up completely as he worked. We are so thankful AND cool!!! We highly recommend him and the company.

If you have not tried, air wave heating & cooling you need to give them a call. Sokol is very easy-going and knowledgeable of all different types of AC units. They don’t sell you stuff you don’t need, but if your AC is not working, we’ll get you back up and running

Very respectful, trustworthy, on time, honest, clean work. They replaced my duct work, Boots and grills, cleaned evaporator coil and blower motor, and installed breathe easy package, I had mold issues, now I'm very happy, I see huge difference on the quality of the air.

When our a/c went out, on one of the hottest days of the summer, I called several companies, including the one we had been paying a yearly service fee to only to be told that they were busy and it would be 3-5 days until they could come out.

Then I called Agape.
From the initial call with Jennifer, to having Trey come out, diagnose the issue and have it repaired just a few hours later, for less than I was expecting, I was impressed with Agape!

Steve and his staff are the BEST!! Trey was able to coordinate the installation of our new upstairs a/c with Steve and the process was seamless! On point communication and prompt service! Our handler is in the master closet, and not the easiest of jobs…but Agape managed with no issues. So pleased with the entire experience. Happy to have found my new HVAC go to!!!

We recently purchased a vacation home with a 12 year old trane system that was 'inspected and serviced' prior to our closing. Within a month we found ourselves sweltering inside at 88 degrees with no AC. It was already 4 pm and I began my search for AC repair companies and came across Agape. When it went to VM I moved on to the next number but then was pleasantly surprised to see a return call from Agape on my caller ID. The service representative apologized for missing the call and asked how she could help. She explained her techs were all on other service calls but she would make sure to have someone out in 2-3 hours. Trey arrived at 630 and promptly began troubleshooting. He was able to get the unit to limp along and showed me the various problems (melting contacts, compressor kicker) that had been patched over the years. Unfortunately none of this had been revealed at the post inspection service the previous owner had conducted prior to closing. He explained the issues and costs to have a more definitive repair and suggested not dumping a lot of money into a failing unit. I truly appreciated Treys promptness, professionalism and honesty. These characteristics are often hard to find these days. We will be calling again next time we have an issue to probably set up replacement.

Trey was great! I have an older air conditioner and a bigger name company came out initially and tried to sell me a new unit. I’m so thankful I called Agape. Trey was at my house within an hour and replaced a simple part for a more than fair price. When it comes time for a new air conditioning unit, I will definitely be calling Agape!!

We had a small emergency Thursday and had to replace our old A/C. Our regular company, with whom we had a maintenance contract, wanted us to sign a new sales contract immediately, with what we believed to be too high of a cost so they could fit us in in two weeks! Two weeks in highest temperatures ever globally! We knew then we had to look further. Our neighbor and friend highly recommended Agape so we called them. One of the owners answered the phone! He came the next day, gave us a fair and reasonable price on a better unit and installed it on Saturday! They are amazing. No pushy sales, clearly explained everything and an excellent maintenance plan. They turned a would-be nightmare into a great experience. Thank you Jeff C!
