From meeting with the sales representative to the finished installation I had a terrific experience. The price was perfect. Everything was explained in detail and the crew that did the installation and removal of the old a/c system were clearly top notch. Their professionalism and non stop work ethic is what one would expect and get.After the crew left there was nothing but a clean room and even the common compressor area was clean.(The compressor room was a total disaster with debris and cement debris from 50 years of neglect). Looked clean enough to eat in there after they left. Have mentioned to other owners this company and will strongly recommend they do business Coolaire.

Coolaire did an excellent job from sales through installation. We were in need of a new A/C unit and contacted Coolaire based on a referral from a friend. We were not disappointed! Javier, their salesman was on time, professional and took the time to explain several options. He then scheduled his team to begin installation the next day. The unit was installed and up and running within a half day. I would highly recommend Coolaire for any of your HVAC needs.

I used AireWave for a regular maintenance check-up of my split ac system.
The technician Sokol, arrived on time and performed a thorough cleaning of the filters, coils, and condenser. He also checked the refrigerant levels and cleaned the outdoor unit. The technician took about 45 minutes, and he was very meticulous about ensuring everything was in good condition.
I liked that he didn’t rush through the job and gave me practical tips on maintaining my unit for better performance. The service was reasonably priced, and I even received a small discount for being a repeat customer.

Sokal came over and did an extensive look at my current ac system as I have been having a few issues in the summer heat. He was very thorough and took pictures and explains everything to me that is going on. I was originally unsure if I needed to purchase a new system and Sokal gave me the options that I can choose from either repairing my current system or purchasing a new system. I opted for the new system as it just made sense. Airewave will be installing my new system. Definitely worth it to give them a call you won’t be disappointed!!
