Trey and Agape saved me when I needed an emergency AC replacement in my rental home and I was out of town. He was responsive and honest, and he even moved around his schedule to accommodate my emergency. They did a beautiful (and quick) job- definitely recommend!!

My ac problem started one year ago, so long story short, I needed an ac company to check out my unit because it needed repair, or I needed a new ac based on the evaluation of another company (won't throw that company under the bus; bad company). I looked on Google and found Agape, which is local and the reviews are great. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, Agape is the only ac company ANYONE should be using. Pleasant, kind, professional, honest, knowledgeable, reasonable $, quick response, good communication, etc. Jennifer and Trey are awesome!

Trey and his son were our technicians today for routine a/c maintenance. Let me first say Agape has excellent service and pricing. Despite us having an older unit, they didn't try to sell me a new one or upsell me. Trey gave me his advice and honest pricing. I highly recommend Agape for your air conditioning and heating needs.

I have never met this service guy or used this company before.
Here is why I recommend Agape. First, I know refrigeration. So, when he arrived, I was waiting for the service bait.
I will make this short and sweet. Knowledgeable and good price. Great price, so I gave a good tip. Also, they were less than the other company I checked with.
He came out at 11 am.. right on time. Repaired service and gave me a full report. That's why they have 5 stars.
I will use them again.

Late in the afternoon, I noticed the temperature in my house going up. Sure enough, the AC wasn't blowing cold. I contacted Agape, and Trey came to my house sooner than I anticipated.
He identified the issue quickly and installed a new capacitor right away. Within moments, cold air began filling the room.
The rates were so reasonable that I purchased a maintenance plan to keep my system in top shape. I definitely trust Agape to continue servicing my system. I couldn't have asked for a better experience: fast, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Jeff just did an annual inspection on our two mini-splits. One needs to be replaced--he didn't even charge us for checking it. Jeff was professional, polite and friendly. Their pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is top shelf.

Wow! So impressed with Trey and Agape AC & Heating. My AC unit got fried from a power surge after the hurricane and Trey was so helpful seeing if my unit was still under warranty, explaining the cost to replace just one part versus replacing the whole unit, and what steps and expectations if I was going to file an insurance claim. Great customer service and even addressed my needs over the weekend.

With the temperature getting colder outside, we decided to turn on our heat this morning only to find that it was blowing cold air. Called Agape after work and was told that Trey could be here in about an hour!! He was very professional and thorough with diagnosing our issue. After explaining the issue in terms I could understand and making sure he answered my questions, he was done in record time and was very fair with his pricing. Highly recommend for any heat or AC need!

Trey is amazing! We needed a whole new A/C system and he came in $5,000.00 less than a competitor. We had an issue with it hoping they could come on Monday but they answered the phone on Sunday and was over in 15 minutes and had it up an running right away. Thank you Trey!

Agape is by far the best AC service in my area. I had 1 AC tech come to my house and go through my entire system and tell me he couldn’t find anything wrong and then try to charge me $250 bucks on top of a $100 dollar service fee. Then it started blowing hot air again at 9 at night, and a national chain told me they couldn’t come. The owner of Agape dropped what he was doing came to my house and immediately identified the issue and fixed it for more than a fair price. I cannot thank them enough and only wish I had called them first

By far, the best experience I have had with an a/c company. Extremely reasonable prices, all of their employees were on-time, courteous and answered all my questions (First time I have had a gas heating system). The installation went without an issue. They cleaned up every speck of debris. Condo replacements can be tricky but I am thrilled with everything. Permitting and extra paperwork because of the HOA was handled efficiently. 6 stars.

We had an amazing experience with Agape! The owner (Trey) has came to help us twice now - promptly and on very short notice to help with our A/C issue. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable about what was going on. He fixed the problem, explained every step of the way, and gave us tips to prevent future issues. We couldn't have asked for better service - will definitely be using them again in the future!

Trey came out this morning to do summer checkup service on our AC for summer.. Went over everything with us.. And said we are good to go.. We have an old unit but Trey said in good working condition. Jeff was awesome! The A/C wasn't cooling properly so he came out for a service call and fixed it all in one trip as it was just a matter of a dirty coil, which he cleaned for me quickly, resulting in just a $160 fix (including the service call fee). I highly recommend Agape AC & Heating for anyone looking to solve their cooling or heating troubles!
