Great Experience!! We chose to upgrade/replace our entire HVAC system. We were provided multiple options for a needs based choice of price, quality and functionality. The installation team(s) worked diligently to remove the old, relocate and install the new. Every person who entered my home was kind and courteous (even to my dog). The best service ever. Couldn’t be happier, tech came around 1 am at my house and fixed the ac within 30 minutes! No other company answered the phone when i called them 11 pm, they said they are open 24/7 online, but they’re not!
Only Airewave answered the phone, arrived within an hour, and make my house cool again!

What an impressive company! Last night, we had a frustrating experience when our air conditioning broke down around 12:30 AM. I spent about an hour on the phone trying to find help, including reaching out to our own service provider, for which we pay an annual fee, but no technicians were available. To make matters worse, my own company didn’t even bother to return my call. Fortunately, I found this company and they guided me through the situation, assuring me that a technician could arrive by 7 AM. I was a bit doubtful, but to my surprise, at 6:22 AM, I received a text that the driver was on the way. When the technician arrived, he was fantastic—professional and knowledgeable. I ended up paying the service fee for Airewave not just because they were there for me when I needed assistance, but also due to the exceptional service provided by the technician. You've definitely gained a loyal customer! thank you Sokol for being amazing!
