Javier went over and above in explaining the issues and multiple options very precisely. He did a thorough job in maintenance and cleaning of the outside compressor. He was very professional, polite and curtious Received same day service unexpectedly. Price was well explained ahead of time in detail. There were no surprises.

Our AC stopped working. Coolaire came to diagnose the problem next day after call. Our outside unit bit the dust. We received a fair price for a complete new system. Installers came next day and we were up and running. The owner, Mike , communicated personally several times after install and arranged for a county rebate on the system himself. Service tech and installers were pleasant, explained carefully and were clean and efficient. Highly recommend

I called in the afternoon, they came out that same day and gave me a quote. They completed the job in 4 hours, replaced one mini-split, cleaned the other mini-split and mounted both outside units to keep them out of flood water. They left everything clean. Very happy, great job, done right and done fast!

Had my a/c go bad and called these guys out of the blue. Clint (owner) was helpful, knowledgable and really cared, then the tech David was the shining example of what an a/c company's tech should be. Proffessional, courteous and quick. Have absolutely no complaints. Will use these guys forever!!

Michael Winfield is a great AC guy! Our experiences with him will ensure we will do business with him whenever we need AC work. We have had two new package units installed by him and both experiences were great. Absolutely seamless. He is very efficient and humored all of my emails asking some of the dumbest questions with grace. If you call Coolaire, be sure to ask for Mike.

I worked with Mike at Coolaire Inc to install a new HVAC unit in my home in St. Pete. He came out to survey the unit on a Tuesday and had it installed that same week on Thursday. His price was by far the best and his turn around time was unbelieveable. I would recommend him to anyone in Pinellas County. Great prices and quick service response time. 5 stars all the way.

I cannot say enough about these guys. We all hear about the scams in FL but these guys act with integrity and sincerity. I had a warranty issue on a unit installed by someone else and they made multiple trips to resolve it and was extremely fair on the price and just a pleasure to work with. Goes to show you that every once in a while te consumer can win!

These guys are nice, Informative, And very easy to work with and gave us a description of options to choose from. I was interested in filters for my air conditioner. They seem to do a very good job.
