Tech. Javier is very efficient. But, he was unable to print an estimate or paperwork with CoolAir logo. The email estimate had complete different amount from what we were quoted?? New owner has no customer service skills & is a jerk!

CoolAire of Pinellas has been a provider for me since I have had my home here (1996). I had developed a friendship with the previous owner, Clint, now retired. I continued with the company, glad I did. After Milton, my air unit failed to start up. Called CoolAire on Saturday afternoon, when the power came up. Sunday morning Javier showed up at 0900, on time and with notice. Explained in detail the issue and what it would take to fix and what we could do to make sure it never happened again. Had the parts on the truck to get me back up and running. Two hours later, air is up and cooling the house.
Javier was exceptional. I am 70 years old, retired economic development director. I have worked with many companies to improve customer service and customer relations. I know a good employee when I have contact with one. Javier checked all the boxes. If this is what CoolAire is planning on as a company, I am all in. You could not do better.

We have Javier out to diagnose our outside condenser unit. Javier was quickly able to test and figure out exactly what was wrong and had us back up and going in an hour! If you want honest, quick and affordable service look no further.

Awesome company. Very polite, hard working and professional. I have no regrets using them to do a total heat pump change out. Beautiful work. I was a residential contractor for 40 years and they did exactly what they said and made it a pleasurable expierence. Javier is a great asset to the company along with the 2 gentlemen that did the duct replacement and setting of my new package unit. One of the owners Mike went above and beyond to get the new filter to me late on Thursday.

Can’t say enough positive things about this company! I called in the am about my old unit and he stopped by within an hr. We both agreed it was a thermostat issue. I inquired about replacing my unit because it was old and I didn’t want it to die at the wrong time. Mike gave me a quote that I was really happy with after pricing them. When I asked how long before I could get it installed, he made room for me and it was completed by the next afternoon. His crew went beyond the scope and never took a break. They all were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and supportive because of my situation. I am really blessed that I was referred to them by a friend. I’ll never use anyone else’s!!
