After having a different company come out and push me towards a new system, I called Air Bros and asked them to come out for a diagnosis. The tech came out, identified the issue and was able to get the repair started but first he needed to go pickup up the new part needed for the repair. Unfortunately the distributor gave the tech the wrong part which caused a different problem so the repair couldn't be completed. The owner came out the next morning to ensure I would be completely satisfied. and spent the better part of the day personally trouble shooting and working on the unit. He discovered the new problem was caused by the distributor giving them the wrong part. He left, got the correct part, came back, replaced the part and completed the repair. A completely new unit wasnt needed, the repair was diagnosed properly and repaired as promised. They treated us as if they were fixing their own mother's AC unit. You will be hard pressed to find a better AC company focused on customer satisfaction. Well done Airbros and Thank You! Highly recommend!

Have been with air Bros about 3 years now and they always do my maintenance. Michael was .my technician today. He did a great job of checking everything thoroughly and cleaning everything as he went along. He was very polite and asked me questions and answered all my questions and I asked a lot of questions. Very professional and very clean. They wont try to upsell you stuff you don’t need but will make recommendations on anything that needs to be repaired, updated due to age or quality, and their winter tune up price is a great deal and I recommend getting done before spring hits and the real heat comes. I highly recommend Air Bros.

They walked us through the different system options, explained efficiency ratings, and helped us choose something that fit our home and budget without feeling pressured.

Installation was completed on schedule, and the crew kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. They took the time to explain how to use the new system, thermostat settings, and maintenance recommendations, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!!

On March 3, Nathan Appell of Air Bros did a routine system tune-up for us on our AC unit, which is only two years old. Nathan was on time, thorough and friendly. He noticed a small leak in the evaporator coil. My AC unit is still under warranty so Air Bros ordered us a new evaporator coil. The next day, Corbin Clark of Air Bros came out and installed it at no charge. Corbin was also excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable, making sure everything was operating at peak efficiency. Corbin and Nathan were both top notch technicians. Great job, Air Bros!

Air Bros are very great company to do business with. Kyle the install technician was great. He completed the job with expertise. Did everything to make sure we were satisfied. They have a 5.0 rating for a reason. It shows in my experience.

The whole Air Bro’s team is amazing! Ricky came out to give us an estimate. He was on time, polite and professional. He gave me a fair quote and followed up quickly with any questions I had. We scheduled a mini split replacement and another member of his team (Kyle) came and was on time, kept a clean work area and was patient and kind in explaining everything. Kyle took great care installing the new system and made sure everything was properly installed and working properly. We are very happy and highly recommend them!

Victor rearranged his schedule and got out to my request same day. Gave me options and recommendations. Opted to replace the old unit as the warranty had expired and the service to repair was costly. Was able to get the old unit de-frozen and enough coolant to get it back up and running until the new unit was available for replacement. Team did a great job with the installation and looks very clean. Very professional and personable!
