They came out to do an estimate then completely disappeared. I called and texted and left a voicemail but nothing. It’s ridiculous I have to beg them to take my money.

In reply to the below: don’t try to save face. I have no voicemail from you. I even called from my husband’s number to see if you were avoiding us, no response. It’s funny you suddenly have all the time in the world to respond. I asked you to take pictures and send an estimate before I went back to work. If you were unclear, you could have followed up.

My experience with the company started out nice. Reasonably priced, came fast and was available for questions. During the Fall and Winter, I requested them to slow down service from every two weeks to every three weeks because my grass was not growing as fast. Once I made that request, it seemed to get bumpy where I had to reach out on a few occassions asking when they are coming. The last couple months have been tough since they never bumped up service. The last time they were at my house was June 20th. Only after I sent a message about why they had not come, they sent me a $45 invoice. Something that apparently slipped my mind and something I told them a while back that my partner was handling and they never sent to him. The invoice was then sent after I aked for service for th June 20th treatment. Sot hey didn't send the invoice for June 20th until July 13th and also did not come and cut my grass. When my partner reached out, they in a round about way said they didn't come because of the invoice that was late. I mean, I have always paid on time and in full. I have never skip a billing so to not reach out and see if it was missed accidently and just totally skip my house was not cool. I still gave them a chance, 4 days to be exact and they never came...

I thought we had a better relationship than that. A simple text would have rectified a little issue as $45.. SMH Right now my grass is taller than my 25 lb dog... I hired someone else, a little more customer service oriented.

In my experience, finding a good, reliable landscaping company was almost impossible, but I have found one! (by accident) Pan American was doing some work in my neighborhood, so I asked the guy to come by to take a look a my house. They cleaned up my existing landscape, added some new plants where needed while also replacing the mulch/rocks to make my house look amazing. The price for everything was exactly what they quoted and more than reasonable. The guys were friendly, professional and neat. I will only use Pan American from now on. Pink and Green Irrigation recently did work at my home, and Marco, the technician, was outstanding. He clearly showed me the issues, took videos beforehand, and explained everything thoroughly. He takes great pride in his work, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.

They have just started my lawn care service and my yard looks great.
They pay attention to what you ask them to do and do a wonderful job.
My gardens and drive are clean of leaves and look wonderful.
They also trimmed trees at my home and at my daughter's home.
Again they did a fantastic job. Brian was very helpful with what I wanted done as far as trimming and his crew was great. They are all very personable, friendly and easy to work with.

Excellent. I have been using Pink and Green for over 3 years for major landscaping and year round lawn service. Any issues have been addressed promptly and solutions found. The crew is courteous and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

We contacted a couple of landscapers in the area after Hurricane Irma. Two never called back and one never should up to the appointment that was scheduled except for Pink & Green Landscaping.
Everything was scheduled and coordinated through Jennifer. I meet with Luke (owner) on our scheduled day and on time. Amazing for south Florida contractors. Luke was very nice and easy to talk with. He drew up plans and we were able to tweek the plans to our liking with our final approval. Everything Luke stated they would do to include time tables was right on. Again, amazing for a south Florida contractor to stick to their word.
Anyway, end result was a fabulous job with a lot of prep work and repairs done to the sprinkler system as well as landscaping.
I found Pink and Green by accident and I’m definitely glad I did. I would highly recommend this company to do the work around your house as well as your neighborhood. It is worth getting their name out there.

We are BEYOND happy with Pink and Green. Too often follow up goes by the wayside in south Florida. Too often businesses ignore or don't seem to care about the job they are contracted to do and the final result. Pink and Green is no such business.
Hurricane Irma was a terrible challenge for landscapers, but Pink and Green kept following up and we felt special even though we weren't that big a job. Once complete they stood by their work!
We 100% recommend Pink and Green without reservation.

Pink and Green has done a superb job for our church beginning with our initial interaction. The owner came to our church, surveyed the landscape, we had a cordial and professional discussion. Later that evening, his staff sent me the estimate--we engaged their services and are thoroughly pleased. From mowing, to edging to hedge trimming, they gave our church grounds a needed facelift. I have been through a lot of lawn care companies in South Florida and have never been happy with them. They always start out great (or just okay) and then service deteriorates over time as the providers get complacent. I've been using Pink and Green for about a year now and they have been reliable, timely and communication is excellent (they speak English which is always helpful). Thanks guys!

We switched from another service to Pink and Green a few months ago, and I have to say, we have been nothing but impressed. We had a number of concerns with the state of our property when we started - patchy grass, overgrown hedges, etc. We transitioned our service, but also had a cleanup and re-sodding done to get the property to where we wanted it. In the two months since, our property has consistently looked better and better. They do a great job of keeping the hedges right at the level I asked for, and they are nice and even. The sod has settled in nicely, and my yard is finally a beautiful, even green again. The program we are on includes a monthly rotation of fertilizer, bug treatment and weed treatment. Even though we are paying more than we were before, adding in those additional treatments, I think we are actually saving money.
Luke, Eddie and Carlos have always been wonderfully communicative and professional. We are beyond thrilled with the service we receive from Pink and Green!

I had a great experience from start to finish with this company. They re landscaped my entire front yard, trimmed several oak trees and replaced my backyard lawn. Professional, responsive and offered competitive rates. The office staff was incredibly accommodating, and worked around my schedule. I highly recommend considering their services for your landscape needs.

We have had several different lawn care companies over the past 12 years, and Pink and Green is by far the best! The lawn had problems with brown patches and dollar weed. Within a few weeks, the lawn was a lush green and weed free.The organic fertilizer that they use is amazing and safe for our pets. We have two large dogs and we were concerned about anything that might be a health hazard. Pink and Green is very conscientious and they always make sure to close the gates so that the dogs don't wander which was a consistent problem with our past lawn services. As well, Pink and Green is very reliable and fairly priced. They respond quickly to any last minute requests like when we needed all the foliage trimmed in two days so that we could paint the exterior of our house. Pink and Green delivers consistent and excellent results, and I would highly recommend them; they are a fabulous professional company of dedicated team members!

Pink and Green saved our tree!! We called Pink and Green to ask about one of our palms. Their expert came out and diagnosed and suggested a plan to try to ring the tree back to a healthy state. Within 6 weeks we noticed a huge difference.

We also started using them for our lawn care. We felt very comfortable using them for all our lawn care needs.
