I see this company all over and this review is long overdue. My neighbor in East Hollywood used them for a while and i see them aa far west as 184th ave. The guy who used to cut my neighbors lawn broke a window on his truck and never cleaned up the glass! This company has the most careless drivers in South Florida. It is so frustrating that every time I am around these Elan vehicles they are always on the major roads and never once have they been going the speed limit. Going 25/30 mph under the speed limit is just as dangerous as going 30mph over. Literally going 25 mph on Sheridan Street is insane and it's every single day. If they're only comfortable going 25/30 mph why not stay on the smaller roads that have that speed limit? They also always stop in the middle of the road why can't they pull over like all the other lawn trucks? Is it ignorance? Are they oblivious? My next review is going to the city since they seem to be contracted by them.

My lawn is always green, plush and beautiful. Tru Green does a phenomenal job. A couple of times I cancelled their service and I immediately saw a difference, regretted it, and called them back.

I’ve always loved the company but the quality of the work has gone down; one treatment driver didn’t do the entire yard they were very nice and sent back somebody to do a free treatment and he broke one of my driveway lights because they don’t pay attention while dragging the hose

Tru Green started out great... a few months after this first post my lawn developed a fungus. I brought it to management and the technician attention. Instead of improving the fungus got worse and destroyed my lawn one area was completely destroyed, the grass had to be raked up. Their neglecance is
responsible. I canceled my contract with them. ☆

My husband replaced our entire yard with new grass in February 2021. He wanted to maintain the beauty of having NEW HEALTHY GREEN grass, so he hired TRUGREEN in June 2021. That was the biggest mistake. Our new grass was destroyed by this company. After talking to numerous individuals (including a manager). We were told that if they couldn’t get the grass back healthy, they would replace it. The spot in our yard kept getting bigger, and the grass IS DEAD (IT IS NOW OCTOBER 2021). My husband called back to complain and was told that a manager would be out on Monday, Oct 11, between 11:30am-1:30pm. No one showed during that timeframe. Instead a Technician, not a manager, showed up at 5:45pm, took pictures of our yard and said he would refer it to his management team and agreed TRUGREEN messed-up. No one from management has made this wrong Right. So we Decided to FIRE THEIR A__. Now we are stuck with replacing our grass AGAIN. DONT USE TRUGREEN In Pembroke Pines, West Hollywood and Miramar area. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I wish I could give them a zero rating.

First time with TruGreen. So far so good. My lawn is getting better as they told me. I can’t wait to have a nice green lawn. Thank you to the guys from TruGreen that comes out to my house!

I observed on my security cameras and saw that the front swale area was the only area that the gran fertilizer was applied to. Not the front, back or side yards. It was not applied to the entire lawn! The rest of the report is accurate

Chase is the best technician from your company to date that performed my service today.
Chase was very courteous and professional.
He saw the areas of the lawn that needed a little extra attention … and, he treated them.
If i have a choice of treatment techs, then Chase is my choice.

TruGreen has been amazing! We were having huge issues with our lawn (bald spots, weeds, and insects). TruGreen has changed all that in a very short period of time. Our lawn is thriving and the lone remaining bald spot is well on its way to recovery. Edwin, the TruGreen Specialist who visited today was very helpful and informative. Thank you Edwin and TruGreen!!

Since using TruGreen I wasn’t sure if my lawn would show the results of their service. I believe they have serviced my lawn 3 times a little over a month. My grass looks and feels thicker, less bald spots and less weeds.

Nick was exceptional. I forgot to leave the gate open even with a reminder and he contacted me to make sure I had the opportunity to have my service without interruption. He went above and beyond and I'm grateful 🙏 great service as always.
