Today when Ashlei Sterling came to do the service, I went to talk to her about the front yard grass. She listened and checked the soil. She is very nice and helpful to answer my questions. Thanks again!

I’ve been with Trugreen for over 15 years! My neighbors and anyone that visits my house always comments on how beautiful my lawn looks! Their corporate office and customer service is excellent if there’s any problems, they resolve them right away! I highly recommend them!!!

Jorge R is thorough and knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. He genuinely cares. He doesn't skimp in the application, He's never in a hurry and always rings my doorbell before starting. I keep getting a different technician every month. I don't understand why Chemlawn would schedule that way and I don't appreciate that. I wish Jorge was back to being my regular guy like in the past.

The lawn professionals are very knowledgeable. They will carefully examine your lawn, make the appropriate recommendations and treat it accordingly. Highly recommend!

Called Trugreen this morning for an issue with my Lawn. Manuel was the person who answered the phone. Kept asking me ridiculous questions, borderline, rude, unresponsive to what I was asking told me to go out and take pictures of my lawn, so he could decide what needed to be done. I told him I did not have time to do that. I was at work already and Trugreen knew about my lawn as I’ve been under contract for a year. He hung up the phone on me did not think this was cute or funny.

The crew was very professional. The trees look great! They left the yard very clean. Great value!

After many treatments, my yard now has more weeds than before the treatment started and the Bear spots have not been corrected. This is only a sample of what I have going on in my yard.

After being a customer from July 2018, I finally cancelled my account. TruGreen is not what they used to be. I was a long time customer back in the late 90’s and early 2000’s and they did care and looked after my lawn. Today is a different story. I have numerous camera videos where the worker would come out and only spray less than ¼ of my property. I would call them and they would come out again and respray but this occurred over and over again. My lawn is a mess right now (July 2022). We have confirmed grubs and/or chinch bugs and now need to treat and re-sod.
Don’t waste your time and money with this company. As stated, they are not what they used to be.

As you can all see clearly from the pictures TruGreen has destroyed my lawn. I have also attached 2 before pictures for comparison. I have been with this company since January and these are the results. I called over a week ago and have yet to have a manager come out to assess the damage as promised by TruGreen customer service. In addition to not following up, customer service is now asking us to pay more for new services to repair the damage before having someone come out to assess my lawn. The quote to get lawn back to where it was before I started using TruGreen is almost $1000 from another company. Please save your lawn and do not use this company.

Update: 6-12-22

My plants are still a disaster. I have to call Tru Green monthly to stay on top of them. Now they want me to pay for treatments “not included” after THEY destroyed my trees.

Update 12.22.2021: I’ve been promised a service to access my yard for weeks. I have called 3-4 times. Yesterday a received a called from another “supervisor “ who said someone would reach out to me Jan10th. By then it will be almost 3 months that I have been asking for help with my yard. They also are trying to blame me for their poor service. Horrible customer service!

Update: First time I heard from supervisor was Jan 10th. Take note that I started contacting them in October. My yard is still a disaster and we constantly have to be on top of them for service. They have yet to control the white fly on my ficus fence. I will start calling them again today.

I have been very pleased with the Tru green service. Today the technician Jeremiah came out to treat the problem with the weeds. He was informative, friendly, and professional. He explained why I was having the problem and how to water from now on. I highly recommend TruGreen.

TruGreen always takes care of my lawn, needs with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Today Lester heard my concerns and explained to me how they were going to be addressed and how I should continue watching for any irregularities So they can Take care of them.

Punctual, trustworthy, honest and skilled sprinkler and irrigation work. If you’re looking for quality in south Florida these guys are the best. Competitive and fair prices great communication will definitely recommend.

An employee can make or break a company, it's all about the individuals who work for you. Jorge is my specialist and he is hands down the best technician I have ever experienced in any landscaping company. He is polite, he is courteous, he is professional, and most of all he does a thorough and complete job each and every time. It's because of Jorge that I use TruGreen.

I do not recommend this service. I enrolled in the “Pro” service and paid for the annual subscription in advance. On the first day of service, my internet cable was cut by the aerator, despite clear instructions not to service that specific area. Appointment times are consistently inaccurate, and there is no prior notification before technicians arrive. Even the app’s appointment tracker is unreliable. As a result, my backyard was skipped on multiple occasions because no one notified me of their arrival and I was not available to provide access.
The assigned “specialists” did not address my concerns and appeared not to review their own service notes. Treatments were applied quickly with little attention to detail, and technicians left immediately after application. Most concerning, fertilizer was applied to active brown patch fungus—something that even basic research advises against. Additionally, areas of my lawn were damaged due to the use of herbicides not suitable for my grass type.
To their credit, the company reimbursed me for the damaged cable and refunded two visits during which my backyard was not serviced. However, this does not compensate for the overall poor quality of service. I have still been required to treat my lawn myself throughout the year.
If you want my advice: go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and get yourself some weed-and-feed, fungicide, and insecticide rated for your lawn type, and apply as directed. Otherwise, go with a reputable small business. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience overall.

Wow! I had a wonderful experience with go pro! Craig was so knowledgeable and walked my property on the site visit. The estimate was very clear. I was able to pick and choose services. I decided not only for tree trimming, but also for a special treatment for my fruit trees. He also recommended that I move my bees to where the fruit trees are to increase their honey production.
Very professional, I will be calling them again and again.

Go Pro Professional did a wonderful job removing our very large tree, grinding the stump, cleaning up the debris, and planting a new tree. Everyone was very professional, great with communicating with us, and knowledgeable. Very affordable prices. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

There was a team of guys that showed up to remove two very large trees and trim three large trees. The work was exceptional and I cannot recommend Go Pro any higher. I will definitely be using them in the future.

The team did an excellent job from start to finish. They came by quickly and gave me a fair quote. I had additional questions and Craig took the time to answer them patiently so I understood the services. They did an fantastic job pruning the palms and removing the seed pods. They pruned three very large trees for me and cleaned up everything when they finished. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Knowledgeable, helpful, respectful of property and reasonably priced. Arrived early and worked quickly. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of service we received. We had several large Christmas Tree Palms removed near our pool patio and lanai. The guys were mindful to protect the screen. I would hire them again without question.
