GO Pro is a five star company and very reliable. We have worked with them several times and the crews are professional, communicative and tidy! They are well educated arborists and their primary focus is on tree health and what is best for their clients. The amount of useful knowledge we have gained working with Nathan over the last few months has been insightful and helpful. If you're looking for a recommendation, Go Pro is 100% a "go to" company for tree care.

I was referred to Go Pro from a trusted previous trimmer who had retired after many years. From my initial phone call to request an estimate until the completion of the job I was nothing but impressed. I heard back within an hour and had an on-site estimate within 24 hours. The quote was clear, straight forward, and I thought very reasonable. The job was scheduled the following week and coordinated around some last minute availability due to my work schedule since I wanted to be home. A full crew arrived and I met with the lead who verified the work and explained the trim work on which involved multiple palms and two small trees. I was very satisfied with the work and have no hesitation recommending them as a trusted provider. They were on task and left the place very clean. This will be our tree company moving forward without question.

I was super picky about who I wanted to trim my oak tree and didn’t want a hack job or someone ruining my tree. Go Pro Professional’s staff is truly just that….professional. Their knowledgeable staff who are arborists put me at ease about the process. They explained what my tree did and did not need and what their game plan was for getting it back into shape so to speak. They showed up quickly and got the job done in a half of a day AND hauled away the mess. 10/10 would recommend.

Nathan and his crew are awesome. As a certified Arborist, they are looking at tree health, not just looking pretty. He explained what was happening and why, along with what was needed to correct the issues. They put safety first and use professional equipment. I will continue to use Go Pro and highly recommend.

Let me preface this by saying, I HATE leaving bad reviews for local businesses. But it’s not fair to consumers to see all the positive reviews about repeat tree trimming services and not know how horrible it is to be a new/one time customer. Let me tell you what happened. We have one singular mango tree in our backyard that is only 8inches in diameter. We needed to have it cut down because branches hang over our roof and our neighbors roof and it doesn’t produce fruit. I call to set up the appointment, get it on the books, stay home from work, and no one shows up. 1 hour later I call to ask if they’re coming and they say “oh he’s on his way”. Nathan, the owner, comes and tells me it would be no problem and if I pay for an arborist report, it would likely negate the need for city permits. He tells me he will get me the quote that afternoon. I have to call every other day for the following two weeks to remind them to send me the quote so I can give them my business. Mind you, I speak to Franz each time, who does nothing but give empty promises about following up with Nathan. They get me the quote, I pay the deposit, and I get the arborist report. I live in an HOA so I submit all their information to my HOA and get approval. Then I check with Nathan and Franz to see if we are good to go in terms of the city permit. They inform me I need to submit the application. Annoyed (because that was the whole selling point of the $250 arborist report), I go about filling out the city permit and get denied because the liability insurance certificate Franz gave me is actually their auto insurance policy. I go back to Franz and ask if I can get the correct document and he tells me they have been having issues renewing their liability insurance and he would send me a copy as soon as he had it. This was in December, so I wait to follow up until after the holidays knowing how busy that time can be. I get no answer. I follow up again a week and a half later, and still no answer. Finally a week after THAT I call and Franz says “sorry your emails must have gotten buried. I like to respond once I have answers for people and we still don’t know when our insurance will be renewed.” It is now February. I tell him that even a response to my email along the lines of “hi we are still awaiting responses from our insurance provider, I haven’t forgotten about you” would have put my mind at ease. That being said, it didnt give me a lot of confidence that they have struggled to renew something as serious as liability insurance for over two months. To be honest, I’m not sure how they’re able to continue doing business in South Florida without it. At this point, I ask for a refund and Franz says he is sorry to lose my trust and he hopes they can service my trees in the future?! AS IF I HAVEN’T BEEN BEGGING THEM TO SERVICE MY TREE FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS AND FRANZ CLEARLY COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT MY BUSINESS BECAUSE I HAVE HAD TO CHASE HIM DOWN FOR EVERYTHING THIS FAR. Also, I have seen their responses to some poor reviews on here claiming that they have no record of doing business with those people…so let me just warn you Franz and Nathan, I have receipts, every single email, and our contract. If you try to imply that im making this all up, this will be escalated to the BBB. I have half a mind to report you for operating without insurance anyway.

Fellow consumers, please don’t bother with these guys. They clearly don’t want your business. And it’s more of a headache trying to get them to do their own jobs than it’s worth.

I've been living in my house for 30 years and there have always been large trees in my yard. This has caused me to use numerous tree trimming services over the years. I recently contacted GoPro for an estimate. Nathan, the Owner came out the next day and gave me what i considered a reasonable estimate. He put me on his schedule for Wednesday, October 9th. Because of Hurricane Milton, we were under a Tropical Storm Warning beginning that Monday, the 7th. I received a text from their office Tuesday afternoon advising me that for safety reasons, the wouldn't be sending crews out until after the storm had passed. They also advised that if my situation was an emergency, i was welcome to call their office to discuss my concern. I elected to not call, understanding why they made their decision.
I was awakened this morning at about 7:30 by the sound of conversation happening in my back yard. When I investigated, a 5 man GoPro crew was at my house gearing up to do my work.
They worked non-stop until my job was complete, leaving my (and my neighbor's) property spotless. I would (and have) recommend GoPro to anyone.
Very professional and they truly over-delivered.

We had our trees trimmed today and they did an excellent job !
I called the company for a quote and spoke to Carol who was a pleasure to work with along with Craig , who came out to discuss what we trees we need to be trimmed . He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions !
I received my quote , which was very reasonable and felt very comfortable hiring them to do the job !
The crew that came out were very polite and did and outstanding job !
I highly recommend this company . I plan on using them again in the future and will be referring them to my friends and family !

Go Pro responded immediately to our request and sent Craig Conatser to review our trees in Rio Vista within days. He provided wonderful advice on our sea grapes, previous termite issues and all the various fruit trees on property. Great to work with!

I’ve been using Go Pro Professional Tree Care for 3 years in a row, and they always do an excellent job. Most recently, they removed some tree stumps and pruned my poinciana tree, and the results were fantastic. They are reliable, professional, and thorough every time. Highly recommend them for any tree service needs!

I received a quote from this company, but over the following two weeks I tried contacting them four different times with some follow-up questions and never received a response.
It’s hard to expect quality work from a company whose customer service is this unresponsive. Very disappointing experience and a waste of time.

I will 100% vouch that not only is Go-Pro totally knowledgeable and experts with all things trees, but they actually show up to initial meeting to access the job. Followed by written detailed quotes. Upon choosing to go forward with Go-Pro, Nathan, is available and keeps in contact to answer and explain any questions. On day of job, a very impressive team shows up on time with state of the art equipment. It is apparent they really love trees and the environment and what they do. The certified arborist, Craig, is friendly, personable and respectful of the environment, and can tell you everything about any species of plant or tree in your yard! The workers are expertly trained, licensed and insured, to climb up and take down the tallest of trees in the hardest locations. I was amazed and quite honestly don’t know how they do it. It takes a highly skilled professional to know exactly what to do in terms of climbing a huge Royal Palm or cutting down a tree hanging over a lake.
Not only the best crew but also the best newest equipment to do each job.

Only thing I’d mention to new clients is it’s good to have iced cold Gatorade on hand to give to crew while working on these tedious hot jobs. The first job was so impressive I hired them for a second.

Many unsolicited tree trimmers may come knocking on your door to cut trees for cheap, no license and don’t know what they’re doing…. don’t do it. Go with the experts… Go with Go Pro!

Oh and also they are so respectful of the property and the staff cleans up thoroughly. I’m beyond impressed and happy I made this choice TWICE! Highly recommend!

Lastly, this company is extremely professional. But mainly the owners, Nate and Craig, have a heart. I did all the legwork for anyone looking for a stress free experience with a tree company. I called 10 companies after much research. Go Pro was in my top 2. They actually responded. Came out. Emailed me a detailed written quote. Scheduled and showed up. Friendly as hell. Cleaned up with a rake.

My trees were then struck by lightning. Six dead trees. Lightning does strike twice. They have shown me empathy and compassion. Not only a tree company with staff I can depend on. They have become friends. Hard to find people like this in south Florida but I’m so glad I did!

They are a TREE-mendous group of guys! Thanks Nate, Craig the arborist, and amazing crew of hard workers!

Excellent work. Has the equipment and manpower to do the job. Also, they are certified arborist and licensed and insured. I have three trees, a tabebuia, Hong Kong orchid, strucked by lightning and a Haden mango tree. Plus, two majestic palms. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up the area when they finished. Will use them again.

This is my second post, as usual, what I said above is still reflected into their quality of work. Craig, the estimator is an excellent Arborist. I am totally satisfied with their work and they are exceptional at cleaning up after the job.

Cannot Recommend

I just spent over $2,000 with Go Pro Tree Service and have very mixed feelings about the work that they performed. On one hand, their proposal for the work performed was very detailed. They know what they are talking about. The price seemed fair and they actually showed up and did the work exactly when they said they would. The problem is that in doing the work (dead palm tree removal and replacement), they broke one of my sprinkler lines (not the head – the sprinkler line). I left multiple messages with both their service, their operations manager and Nathan, the owner himself to no avail. To me, doing a good job, one that is recommendable requires both performing what they said they would do and then providing Customer Service after the fact. With these guys, it seems like it’s all about the “sale” and not any customer service afterwards. You know what, that works both ways as I was going to use them to perform the additional fertilizer and growth/disease treatments they recommend in their proposal – BUT NOT ANYMORE.

In short, a phenomenal company! Nathan is a phenomenal project manager, and he informed me of each seamless step that his crew would complete to not only remove my trees, but to also remove the stumps and haul away everything! I cannot give enough praise for this company, and if you are reading this post, please stop your search now, because Go Pro Professional Tree Care Inc. are the ONLY professionals you’ll ever need! :))

Can’t say enough about this company. They are by far the best tree trimming company that I have used . They are professional, respectful and on time ! Craig , senior Arborist, very knowledgeable and helpful , and David who trim my trees along with his team on the grown were amazing!!! My trees look beautiful, healthy! My property was left clean , all debris was taken away . Amazing company and service!

Go Pro did a wonderful job on my 6 coconut palms and 2 oak trees. Finally a company that showed up on time and ready to work. They had all the necessary equipment (bucket truck and 50 foot lift) and were able to get to the very tall trees without destroying my landscaping and grass. The cutters were certified arborists and were able to trim around the power lines. Very knowledgeable on how to properly trim trees. I will have them back next in the future.

We've used Go Pro Tree Care for Tree Removal, Tree Replacement, and Tree Maintenance & Trimming since moving to the area 5 years ago. They've been wonderful! Super professional, great crews, always ready with tree care advice. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The team did a great job removing two huge tree stumps in our front yard. They finished the job in a timely manner and clean up after. They have a friendly crew. We’re a happy customer and we highly recommend them. We look forward to using their company again to trim our fruit trees in the fall. Thank you GO PRO!

I was not satisfied with the service. They gave me a price to cut the branches all around the tree, prune the tree, we spoke to the person in charge who gave us the price three times, we explained exactly how we wanted it, they sent three employees to do the job, they cut a few branches, you can't even see the tree was cut, it's an abuse, a scam, a deception to give a price for a job and not do the work as agreed. I do not recommend them, they say one thing and then do something completely different. Photo 1 is how the tree was. Photo 2 is how they said they were going to leave it. They lied to us. I feel cheated. You did not provide any information at all before carrying out the work. You said that the tree would be cut correctly, as I requested, as shown in the photo. After I received the money and complained because I was not satisfied, you gave all that explanation that you were supposed to give at the beginning. I will not recommend you to anyone. Your service is bad, you lie to the customer.

Fantastic work, incredible pricing. They did a great job removing everything we asked and grinding down the trees (you can see in the pics). Efficient and fast work, could not recommend them more!
