Faren Alvarez and his team were reliable and communicative! Things were seamless from start to finish!

Ronald and his crew did a fantastic job trimming my tree. I received before, during, and after pictures. They were very thoughtful even moving my rope swing to a better branch. The price was more than fair. They cleaned up everything not a limb or twig in the yard!

I am so impressed with the great landscaping job as well as the professionalism. Faren Alvarez made sure to do what we asked for & even more! I will definitely be using Epic Landscaping in the future for all of our needs! Price was exactly what we were quoted as well! I'm most definitely a happy new customer!

I want to give this company a huge thank you for the landscaping job done yesterday. I really do expect a company to be professional and have the ability to organize a job efficiently and provide the services necessary to achieve the best result possible and also to be reasonably priced. Carlos and his team far exceeded my expectations. I have no complaints, the job was done perfectly and all workers did a wonderful job, left everything perfectly neat and were very nice and respectful. They leveled the area, used beautiful green sod, cut out all the areas to allow sprinklers to work. Nothing was left behind for me to deal with.
I cannot say enough about Carlos, who managed the job and made sure everything was completed in one day and the price was very fair.

Epic did a wonderful job for us recently. They extended our rear patio pavers to create a great outdoor gathering space. Their workmanship was excellent. We highly recommend them.

Nicole Wolmer was our salesperson , designer and project director. She listened carefully to our priorities re damaged tree removal, tree replacement, soil replenishment, irrigation efficiency and best choices of low maintenance plants.

Once the project was underway she assigned excellent people to the job. ANIBAL was the main field supervisor who arrived with his crew on time everyday for the 12 day duration. He kept me informed of the scheduled deliveries and projected completion dates for each phase. He was polite and made suggestions when asked.

ABEL, was in charge of irrigation, but I dealt mostly with an efficient guy they called EL FLACO :-). He installed new lines and sprinklers; came back on more than one occasion to tweak the system and to show me how to use my updated system.

Once I get the name of their lighting guy I’ll give a shout out. He’s made our outdoors accessible after dark! Thanks to everyone at Epic.

UPDATE 2: Changing this back to 1 star. Epic came today and tore up the grass in the SAME LOCATION to replace the grass that had already FILLED IN. This was unnecessary and destructive removal of GOOD grass that I just purchased last year (and more expensive) for my front yard re-sodding. They did not let me know they were doing this (knock on the door), nor did they ASK ME, nor did they use common sense to see that my grass DID NOT need replacing. What a waste. GRRRRRRRRR

UPDATE: Alex the CEO reached out to me very soon after I posted this. He had someone come that evening to see the broken irrigation pipe and then this morning to repair. I appreciate the quick response once this was brought to his attention. I will also be following up with my HOA to make sure there is accountability with them since you state there wasn't a work order placed. Thank you Alex.

I wish there was a way to rate "zero". They broke one of my irrigation pipes (on a system less than a year old) when they were contracted by my HOA, Avalon in Miramar, FL. They have been COMPLETELY unresponsive as I (and supposedly, my HOA) have contacted them multiple times to schedule a time for them to come fix it. Further, I live on a corner lot and I can't list the times they have a) trespassed my property b) caused damage to my property (ran their lawn mower into my new PVC fence), c) ran erratic lawn mower tracks in my yard and unevenly "mowed" even though they do not have permission to touch my property d) spray chemicals on plants on a nice morning with lots of kids, pets and adults out and about enjoying the weather; they had masks and full protective gear on and had ZERO CARE about how they were spraying and who it was landing on or where it was going. Don't hire them...they just don't care.

Could not be happier with the job the team at Epic Landscaping did. Nicole was fantastic. She helped redesign both my front and back yards. She is super responsive and was the main reason I decided to work with Epic on my project. Nicole helped show me design concepts with conceptual drawings that helped visualize how my yard would look.

The entire team was very professional, worked hard and cleaned up after every day. The experience was great and I would highly recommend Nicole and the entire team!

The work done in my house was impeccable. Felix and his teammates worked for two straight days extending the driveway. The attention to detail was truly impressive, and their positive attitude towards the job made the experience even better. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them 100%.

My backyard looks absolutely amazing! The maintenance crew did a wonderful job trimming my two Canary Palms, and they’ve never looked better. Thank you, Epic, for leaving my landscaping looking so clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!

I must have reached out to a dozen landscapers, many of which didn’t pick up the phone, get back to me with an estimate, or seem to have any interest in helping. Then, I came across Epic and immediately felt comfortable with them. Sara was incredible with her communication, follow up, and design. She came out to my house quickly and gave me a fair estimate. I told her a budget I was trying to work within and she listened to my needs and wants. She used her expertise and excellent eye for design, to build me an absolutely gorgeous front yard. She’s a rare gem in Miami where trust and communication are hard to come by.

Everyone involved in this project was incredible to work with, including the gentlemen that did the labor. They were all so friendly and worked incredibly hard to satisfy me.
