Electrical reviews in St. Augustine, Florida

Pier Electric did a fantastic job installing my Tesla Wall Connector. The finished product looks better than expected and works perfectly. Vlad helped me through the process of coordingating with the Tesla App as well. Well done!

Andrey with Pier Electric LLC was an exceptional electrician. He was punctual, professional, and detailed. And when the job was complete he left my home clean and he was extremely nice.

They were recommended via Ford for install of EV charger. Andrey was the tech who came out and took care of my install. Hey was very kind, respectful, and prompt. Showed up on time, and completed the job in the amount of time he had quoted me. They do all kinds of electrical work, I will be contacting them in the future for some other jobs.

Pier Electric did a great job installing a Tesla Wall charger in my garage. Very clean, tidy, and respectful. Everything is working as intended, definitely recommend.

Pier Electric is excellent!

Just had my Tesla Wall Connector installed by Pier Electric and I’m thrilled. Vlad did an amazing job—suggested a better spot than I planned, with clean wiring and perfect cable management.
It’s pulling the full 48 amps on the 60A breaker. Everything works perfectly.
Vlad was friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional.
Highly recommend Pier Electric for your EV charger install! 🚀⚡

I cannot recommend Pier Electric and the owner, Vlad, highly enough! I hired them to install a Tesla Wall Connector at my Palm Coast home, and the service was truly beyond five stars. Vlad is incredibly dedicated—he even stayed late into the evening to ensure the project was completed on schedule.

The office staff was just as impressive, maintaining professional and timely communication to coordinate the city inspection. What really set them apart was the post-installation support. Vlad was available to answer all my questions about connecting the charger to my app and even volunteered to come back to my house to walk me through it personally. I recommend this company without reservation!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Pier Electric! Andrey came over the very next day after my initial inquiry and had my Tesla Wall Connector fully set up in under 2 hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed perfectly and safely. The work was clean, efficient, and exactly what I needed for reliable home charging.
Andrey is an incredible electrician, and Pier Electric clearly knows how to do Tesla installations the right way. I highly recommend them to anyone in Jacksonville looking for a Tesla Wall Connector. Top notch from start to finish! 5/5 stars without a doubt.

Andrey did an awesome job installing my Tesla charger. Went the extra mile to hide everything in the wall and make it look great. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Neo Electric came to my husband’s rescue when he needed additional power to install a new saw in our garage for his custom wood business. Their team was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, ensuring everything was installed safely and efficiently. Thanks to their expertise, his workspace is running seamlessly. Highly recommend Neo Electric for any electrical needs!

Bryan was great . On time and explained all the steps he was taking installing my new light fixtures!

Great overall experience with Neo Electric. After searching for an electrician, I stumbled upon Neo (while in the car)…- one phone call and they had an electrician at my home the following morning. I’ve had several issues with my new build that simply could not wait for a warranty team to come out and take of . The Neo electrician (Frenel) clearly identified himself upon arrival, was courteous and put in his shoe covers (always appreciated ) and let me walk him through the issues. After a thorough check of my electrical panel, problematic switches and wiring miscues , Frenel went to work.Step by step he guided me through the process and proposed fixes and what was needed. Upon completion (panel, 2 switches , and wiring of a third) Frenel again walked me through the fixes. From start to finish a great experience and will certainly be using Neo for all my electric needs/repairs. Thank you Neo Electric!

Owners Joe and Vincenzo are extremely friendly and speak with you when you call for service. Extremely professional. Their tech, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable, honest and helpful with decisions on what was best for me. I couldn’t have had a better experience

Excellent experience from start to finish with Neo Electric! Very efficient, super helpful, and walked me through everything. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Neo Electric Company has amazing response time, technicians and office staff! Upon arrival they assessed the issue, explained everything and corrected the problem. I look forward to having Neo Electric Company complete my future project. I am just so happy with the service call and how they can assist with my future home improvement. Thank you so much for being an awesome company.

Neo Electric took care of some upgraded electrical items in our Jacksonville home. Kenny was great with communication and customer service. I would recommend them.

Friendly, on time and above and beyond service from these guys. I was pushed away from many other electiricians because of a low voltage job but I got to meet these guys and their team and was very impressed! I highly recommend these dudes and will absolutely use them for the future.

Vinny is not only a great electrician, he is a good person and neighbor. Vinny identified 3 separate problems that were causing electrical problems that were caused by another builder-hired electrician. He has made several visits to our home and always finds the problem and fixes it. I can’t say enough good things about Vinny and NEO Electric. I am glad that he has become our friend and will never use another electrician. Dan Karateew, Nocatee.

Neo Electric has it all going, reliable, polite and extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They completed the electrical work for my outdoor kitchen. I can recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Neo Electric

The best!! They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. My previous electrictrician failed to fix the issue twice! These guys are great! Call them!

We had a lightning strike that fried some of our smart switches.
Brandon and Jake did a fantastic job not only fixing the switches but also addressing a long-standing issue with a smoke alarm in our home. I would call them back in a heartbeat to do more work on our house. They were both smart, friendly, and looking out for the best ways to approach our electrical issues.

Hands down, one of the best companies I have ever done business with! As soon as I called for a problem, they promised to take care of it immediately and they certainly did! Even though it was late and after business hours, here they were, working at my home, just to make my family and I weren’t left in the dark!!! No voice mail, no promise to call back, and no “we’ll get back to you tomorrow!” From the moment I called, it was just straight honesty, sincerity, kindness, and trust, without trying to take advantage! To say I would recommend them would be an understatement! After seeing how this company operates and the stellar work they do, I would ONLY use Neo Electric for anything my family or I need in the future. Sincerely…. Thank you Joe Vinny & Brandon!
