Brandon and William showed up and started doing the work on my list -- they had to pick up supplies -- came back -- needed to make another change to what was needed -- pivoted and came back the next day when they said they would. They did a perfect job and fixed everything that I needed fixed. He sent Brandon out and he was able to troubleshoot and correct the issue and remounted the device, they were both very professional, made sure I was satisfied and Kenny followed up. Great service from the minute we made our call to Neo and spoke with Kenny. Kenny and Shane came out to do a walk through for an estimate for the job we needed down at our home. Kenny got us on the schedule ASAP as we were on a time crunch. Brandon and Jake showed up 4 hours earlier than expected which was great for us and went right to work and worked fast and efficiently. Circuit breaker suddenly tripping repeatedly called Neo early on a Monday left a VM. Two diff. people from Neo called me back within the hour and we had wonderful and competent technicians on site by 3:00pm same day. Found the issue was a smoking (no lie) hot toggle/shut-off switch for our tankless hot water heater hanging externally on the house had pooled water in the wire housing and if they hadn't caught it and repaired it our home would certainly have had a fire. So grateful for Neo Electric's quick response, for their competence and knowledge, for their kindness, and for their responsiveness. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
