Electrical reviews in St. Augustine, Florida

This was divine intervention. I met Vinny and through our brief conversation I found out he was an Electrician and worked for Neo Electric, a locally owned company in both St. Augustine and Jacksonville. I am “newer” in the area and do not have a phone full of contacts when I need something done. I am also a new widow and this stuff has never been my forte. Vinny came right then, looked at what I needed done (replacement of electrical box to get it up to code), gave me a quote and a hug for my losses. He got me scheduled and had the job done before Christmas. The two guys that came out were professional, thorough and completed the job in the time frame they had said. I felt like I got to hit the easy button. These days easy buttons are hard to come by. I am forever grateful !!
Thank you Vinny and Neo Electric !! ❤️

NEO Electric is fantastic! Jake and Brandon were actually early. They were extremely professional and courteous. They explained everything to me, made sure I was pleased with the work, and asked if I had any last second questions. I will definitely call NEO again if I need electrical work in the future.

Highly recommend. Brandon and Jacob were great. Price was very reasonable and the plug was done just how we wanted it to be done.

These folks are brilliant! Neo Electric is now my "go to" electricians. Why? Because they regularly exceed expectation. These people are great Kenny is super responsive. Brandon and Jacob. We're skillful, and really super friendly. They installed lighting, new outlets, and even wired and lit or stain glass panels. Thank you all.

Great company, great service, very respectful, and they communicate very well on appointments. The two tech Brandon and Jake were awesome! Very knowledgeable and thought through the entire process to run wiring for under cabinet lighting with minimal exposed cuts. Very very pleased with the results and have nothing but great experiences with NEO Electric. Highly recommend. Thanks guys! I really appreciate you!

The Neo Electric team that serviced my house today was excellent. They were knowledgeable and thorough. While they were installing two 20 amp circuits they spotted a potential problem in my electrical box and fixed it properly. Thanks Neo team for looking out for our safety.

I hired Neo Electric to replace an outdoor GFI outlet and two additional outlets that had been damaged by lightning, and they did a fantastic job. From the first call to the completed repair, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Brandon and Jake were great and explained everything clearly, and replaced the outlets safely and efficiently. Fair pricing, no surprises, and great service overall.

I highly recommend Neo for your electrical needs! They promptly return calls, come when they say they will and work hard and fast. They are so fair in their prices and really want you to be fully happy with the job. They actually try to save you money. I will definitely call them again! (I had to have a dedicated line ran for this new fireplace. It was a bigger job than anticipated due to the construction of the ceiling and they still stuck with the original quote.)

The guys from Neo Electric did a great job. We’re very pleased. Excellent communication and very tidy. We’ve had lots of contractors in & out of our new build home, and these guys were by far the cleanest. Very respectful and even noted our no-shoes in the house policy and removed theirs before I even had the chance to ask. Will definitely use them for all electrical needs in the future.

Very happy with the work, integrity, professionalism, and quality of service that Neo Electric provided today for my home project. They were punctual, attentive, and knowledgable of what needed to be done. I will be utilizing Neo Electric again for future ventures and projects. Many thanks, Neo Electric!

I have worked with Neo Electric on small and large projects on my properties here in St. Augustine. Vinny and his team have been able to resolve all electrical issues quickly. From trouble shooting basic failures in circuits to rewiring homes for me. He just completed a project on one of my properties where a previous electrician wired the home improperly and the finisher screwed nails from the base board into the electrical line throughout the whole home. Neo Electric stayed on the job for 12-hrs to make sure the job was done within the timeline provided and needless to say, I am very happy with the communication and the motivation to get the job done in a short time frame. From communication, pricing estimates, and actually getting the job done professionally, Neo Electric is the best in St. Augustine.

Thank you, Neo, for quickly and professionally installing a new outlet and breaker. Everyone was so kind and took the time to introduce themselves upon arrival. It was clear the entire crew was knowledgeable and able to explain the work in a way that was easy to understand. We will absolutely be doing business with you again in the future.

We had a full house power outage. Brandon and Jake arrived 30 minutes after we called Neo. They quickly identified the problem and restored power. It was also identified we should also have JEA inspect our meter and they made sure JEA knew what to assess when they came out. We are so happy with the excellent customer service and attention to detail.

New to the area so I was extremely pleased with how everything turned out. They walked me through every step whenever I had a question about the process and explained everything thoroughly and patiently.

There are a lot of businesses out there, but when Neo Electric arrived they set the bar because I personally feel like this company differed from others in terms of pricing, customer service, genuine pride in the work they output. and quick installation process. Shout out to Technician Brandon and the rest of his crew.

If you’re looking for Electric vehicle installation or other electrical needs, Neo Electric is the way to go 🤙🏾

I recently needed a dedicated outlet to be installed in my garage and contacted Neo Electric - what a great experience! The work was done flawlessly and efficiently, and Brandon & Jake kept me informed and answered all of my questions. Kenny was able to work with my schedule and I was very pleased with the price. I would recommend Neo Electric to anyone needing electrical work.

Exceptional customer service! The entire company operates with a customer-first mindset. They are a real team - aligned, communicating and delivering an even better than promised final result. We had a tricky high ceiling that needed new fixtures and a no longer available broken stove vent. Team Neo came up with creative and comprehensive solutions at a fair price. Today they installed, cleaned up and left our home better than they found it. They will be our go-to moving ahead. Bravo!
