House Cleaning reviews in St. Augustine, Florida

So far we've had two cleanings from Molly Maid and the cleanings have been fantastic. Very much worth it. They were very nice, fast, efficient. They are a little more expensive than other options, but so far it's very much worth it.

My wife has bad asthma and is affected by chemical fumes particularly scented cleaners. First cleaning was good. Then we had a couple of mishaps with residual fragrances the next two times. The next cleaning was fine, but we were particularly happy with the job our most recent cleaners did. Thank you.

We really like the service we receive from Molly Maid First Coast. Today Cassie and Brenda did a fantastic job and our house looks great! They were so thorough. We really appreciate you both! Thank you Molly Maid First Coast team!!

We were called by office Jennifer to remove the review and apologizing. By the time we atleast consider their apology , their office charged another incorrect billing.

We have been using Molly Maid for 3 months after we moved to our new home. Couple of issues which i want to highlight as points so that other customers can be mindful before hiring their service.
1. From Day one, billing was always an issue. They will charge higher and we have to call and explain to amend to right price. The price was first agreed at first service by Quality manager but people on the office charge always higher and if you are a person who does not look at your credit card bill as its a auto charge then you will end up paying higher. They do not have courtesy to inform you before charging a amount which was not agreed.

2. When we try to call and ask about billing abnormality, office Lady "Tina" very rudely speaks up that your house takes more than 2 hrs and my girls cannot stay that long because they have other houses in line.If you want your house to be cleaned more than 1.5 hours then we have to part ways. Who speaks to customer like this in a rude loud voice and still expects their business to hold.

My Point here is, we get an estimate Day 1 from their quality manager and they estimate time & Money so why on earth office lady 'Tina' has to speak to customer very rudely about telling us with audacity that she will charge higher and also instruct the girls to get out the house in 1.5 hrs.

Despite of Quality manager promising the price and schedule, office ladies did not honor the estimate and time. Today's behavior from administrative office, made girls to be nervous and finish the cleaning - half baked and leave the premise. We still have to pay for the service. I am hereby going to stop the service.

Emily and Karissa did a great job cleaning my home today. They are both professional and polite as well.

I had some construction going on in my dining room and as a result, I had dry wall dust and general construction dust everywhere. I called Molly Maids. They sent a team of 3 and within 2 hours my house looked great. They were professional, friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend for those jobs you don’t want to tackle

Amanda and Amber have been working for us for the last few months. We are so very happy with them and their work! They are such pleasant ladies and do such a thorough job! They are 5 STAR!!!

We are so happy with Patricia and her team. Every single time she comes, she comes with a smile and a happy "good morning"! She is so upbeat and positive! We can trust Patricia to lead her team to clean expertly and professionally! Every time! She pays attention to detail such as making sure the towels are neatly hung in the bathroom. On other times when I had a different team, they didn't do that, and it just makes the bathroom look unkept! Patricia works very hard, thorough, and such a pleasure. She makes sure everything is done correctly for herself and her team. She is a true asset to the Molly Maid Company and we request her every time.! We are very pleased with her and her team!

We have used Molly Maid to clean our home for fifteen years. The first time we called them after my wife and I sustained injuries which left us both unable to keep up with housekeeping, and they came later that same day on an emergency basis, for which we have been forever grateful. We have used them on several occasions since, and after our retirement have used them monthly for the past five years. No matter who shows up at the door (due to our irregular schedule), they are courteous, professional, responsive to our special requests, and perform a thorough cleaning service.

Molly Maid was extremely flexible with my last minute scheduling needs. They are honest, reliable, dependable, and they do high quality work. I moved out of the apartment. They cleaned the entire place from top to bottom. After they were done, my apartment looked like it did on the day that I first moved in. Amazing job!

Rachael and Isabella did a great job for us last week. They were very thorough, and paid great attention to detail! We'd love to have them back!

I love Molly maids first coast! They left my house spotless. The team of girls they used were friendly and very detailed oriented. They showed up on time and did an amazing job! I have used Molly Maid for years in three different states. Just moved to the Jacksonville area so I called this one. The first couple of services were as always expected. Great. I just remodeled my home so they came and did a "construction clean". My home was a mess. All I can say is, I couldn't be happier with how thoroughly they cleaned the home. It is beautiful. I use the services of Molly Maids every 3-4 months, and I’ve been pleased with all of their visits. I want to especially recognize the team of Ashley and Rosa. They did an amazing job in my home this week. Nothing was overlooked, and Rosa had my glass shower doors sparkling, even though there had been some soap scum. I will always ask for this team in the future.

Molly Maids made my post construction clean up not so overwhelming. I am so thankful!

Molly Maid cleaners continue to be response to my needs and requests. While I would prefer having the same team each time, it has not been problematic to have different teams. Additionally, the scheduling office is open to feedback when improvements are necessary.

I got a move-out clean for my 1-bedroom apartment and they did a great job. Jenny, who helped me over the phone, was kind, cheerful, and extremely helpful.

Molly Maid always does a great job. The 'maids' are both friendly and professional. I've never had any problems.
