Absolutely phenomenal experience. The ladies were friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and left my apartment super clean and smelling great. Our base boards look brand new.

Very pleasant team of Serinity & Rochelle. They work really well together doing a terrific job cleaning my house. I’m always happy to have them back.

We used Molly Maids for a rental move out service. The crew arrived on time and did a great job. We did find a few dust balls scattered around the floor, but not really a big deal. Aside from that, everything looked good and the property manager had no complaints, so it was well worth the money to have it done.

Dee and her team do a fantastic job.

The Molly Maids administrative team on the other hand I would give 1 star. They are supposed to call the morning my house cleaning is scheduled with a 2 hour window. I have been with this service for months and they have NEVER called me with a time.
I have also asked to have the same team each month. I have to threaten to cancel the service to get the same people back each month.

Again, my housekeeper, Dee is definitely fantastic.

Emily and Rachel truly went above and beyond with their cleaning. We have never seen our home so clean. Absolutely spotless! Really impressed and look forward to having their help in the future!

Very disappointed. Incredibly poor service :(

1. I asked to wipe the dust on the window sills - it was not done when I came to check. I paid attention to this, and they take extra time to wash it every turn - I run my hand along the window sill and show the dust on it. The cleaner silently takes a rag and starts wiping the window sills.

2. In their list of what they supposedly did, it was written that they wiped the blinds - I didn't know whether to laugh or cry - no one touched the blinds at all.

3. I asked to wipe the baseboards from dust - it was not done at all.

4. I asked to wash the floor in the kitchen - it was not done, I checked the floor and there were crumbs on it.

This cleaning is not worth the money they asked for.
I will definitely not use this company's services anymore.

Very pleased with the whole experience from first call to house cleaned. Friendly, punctual, reasonable & proficient.

Molly Maid was excellent. I scheduled a move-out clean and they did a great job.
Scheduling and communication easy and they were on time and did everything they said they would.

Thought squeaky and sparkly? Think again.
Went for good reviews, got disappointing results. The clean service provided is sub par.
Old dust is not getting removed at all. They will wipe with a duster and claim it's done, even if it's still utterly dusty.
Wipe your marble countertop with your bare hand right after "cleaning" to collect speckles of dust. Run your finger over the top of "cleaned" baseboards and collect loads of dust. Etc, etc.
Management doesn't care about the results.
Giving 2 stars not 1 because it was some kind of cleaning after all, it is cleaner than before, but it was not worth my money even remotely.

I have used Molly Maids for a few years. We stop service for a few months and let me tell you I’m SO grateful to have them back they did a wonderful job. Very thorough. They did phenomenal fantastic. We are having guests over and for many reasons I had fallen way behind on house cleaning. I called Molly Maid and they were able to send a team over on the day I requested (about 5 days out). The team did an excellent job. From baseboard to ceiling fans, including cabinet doors, were cleaned impeccably. They had their own cleaning supplies but when requested in certain areas they used mine. They were pleasant and professional. Best cleaning service I ever used.

We had our initial cleaning today with Kristine R. and Rochelle C., and I am absolutely blown away by the results. This is, without a doubt, the cleanest and most polished my home has ever been. Both Kristine and Rochelle were not only thorough and detail-oriented, but also brought such positive energy into our home—it made the entire experience a pleasure. I can’t speak highly enough of their work and professionalism. I’m officially a customer for life and so grateful to have found Molly Maid!

The team who deep cleaned my house, Rose and Kristine, did a great job. My house sparkles, and smells so nice! I am hoping to have them again when it's time for our monthly cleaning. I have already recommended Molly Maid to a couple friends, and will sing their praises any chance I get!

I am disappointed in the clean I received with Molly Maid. They came highly recommended to me and I am in a crunch because I moved out of my apartment and needed a move out clean. I specified this to two people, which I later found out the person I initially spoke with was an AI bot so be aware of that.
I understood that my unit needed real TLC so the manager, Tina, of my clean called me making me aware that the two hour window would not be enough time for completion for the whole unit so we agreed for the team to only focus on the Kitchen, and two bathrooms (I later saw it was a team of 3 people so I’m really not understanding my resulted clean). It was explained to me that my cabinets and baseboards would be a part of the scrub for those 3 areas. Soon as I walked in the kitchen there’s a huge pink splash of something (I have photos but google won’t accept my review with them) on my kitchen baseboard. I opened the refrigerator, and it has food still inside/ on the sides, the front of the fridge had not been wiped at all, the top cabinets all have crumbs inside of them, the top of the stove still has splashes of stuff I left when I moved out, the eyes on the stove have crumbs/food inside,  the windowsill in the kitchen is horrendous, the stove overhead wasn’t touched. I went upstairs to the bathrooms, and it was surface level things not touched up. The toilets both had little hairs on them and the sides of the toilet still had dust over it. The master bathroom’s inside cabinet wasn’t touched, still had particles/hair/rubberbands and a spill inside. I stopped inspecting from there because by now I’m in utter disbelief.
After taking pictures, I sent a message to Tina, and it was at that point I was advised of my “deal” (No one expressed to me that a move out clean was a $10 price difference so apparently I was getting a “deal”)  and that my unit actually wasn’t “Molly Maid Ready To Be Cleaned” which no one mentioned to me at all so I still have no idea what that means. I contacted Heather in the office Monday morning (my clean took place on a Friday and the office is closed on the weekends). Heather then explains to me that had Molly maid did a Pre- inspection (another procedure that no one mentioned to me was a necessity) they would have advised me they couldn’t clean the unit anyway. So, I was allowed to WASTE $240, Heather made it clear that they do NOT do refunds and I wasn’t expecting one because I know how these type services are. She said she couldn’t tell me what was cleaned in my unit, after asking her twice, even though she stated she had before and after pictures of my unit so how come you can’t tell me? She advised the manager could call and tell me, but I don’t have time for phone tag. I was given the option to have the cleaner come back out, but my unit needed to be ready this week for the Landlord to go in, do the walk through, and get his people in there to complete the unit for re rental, so that’s not an option for me.
Overall, If my unit was something you don’t clean then why allow yourself to charge me for something you typically wouldn’t do? I am very disappointed because, in the end, I will basically pay twice for a clean because now the Landlord will have to get his own cleaners inside and deduct from my deposit. I feel taken advantage of because a lot of balls were dropped on giving me pertinent information on what’s expected for my type of unit. I explained and showed all the pictures to the person who recommended them to me and they will not be using them any longer as well.  Please be cautious and do your due diligence with this cleaning service. I wanted to share my experience with Molly Maid. They did a great job cleaning my home!
Before they started, I addressed my concerns, and I'm happy to say that they followed my requests perfectly.
Additionally, the team was very friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
I would definitely recommend their services! (Emily, Racheal, and Karissa are amazing!)

Very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of the two-person team. The results were better than expected. We will definitely be asking for this fantastic service again in the future.
