House Cleaning reviews in St. Augustine, Florida

I can’t say enough about how nice my house looks and smells amazing. Nuria and Camila was my MaidPro team and they are hands down amazing, professional and very kind. This was my initial clean, so it took longer, but they were amazing. I may even change to bi-weekly instead of monthly because they did such an amazing job. My family couldn’t be happier with their attention to detail!! Thanks Nuria and Camila so much!!

Carla and Jalen came to clean our home today and did an excellent job. Great attention to detail and afterward the house was nice and clean! The service they provided was so good. I would recommend Maidpro to my family and friends. Thank you so much!!

Athena and Marimar do a great job!!!
They pay attention to details and clean in depth every room, they have been pretty consistent with the results. The house feels clean and they are really nice.
I’m really happy with them,

Been using maid pro for quite some time now and it's been great. We have a 5/4 house, and they're in and out in under three hours. Very thorough work from our team of Karla and Michel. I would definitely recommend it.

I've had Maidpro of St. John's clean my homes for nearly 20 years now. The cleaning is so thorough with little touches all over my home - like folding towels in an unusually attractive way or using special carpet cleaners that have a wonderful scent to it and doing extra tasks without my even asking. If there was a 10 star rating I would rate them a TEN!!!!

Love this company! Nelsi and Vanessa did a great job cleaning my home. They were kind, professional, and thorough. They sought my feedback throughout the cleaning process in order to improve any area based on my input. I would most definitely hire them again!

Marimar and Athenas did a great job cleaning my home! They are very friendly and also listen to feedback to keep improving service. Customer service is also wonderful! They are very quick to reply. I highly recommend MaidPro.

Atenas and Marymar did an excellent job here at our home doing a repair on a door

Absolutely terrible business who doesn’t know how to clean! Hired them got charged for 12 hours only to be left with a filthy rental we have to clean for hours after we sent them back 3 times they don’t follow their own policy or check list NEVER hire them you will have a filthy house and pay top price! Photos include my child’s feet after moving in and my steam mop pads under fridge and baseboards all of which they were supposed to clean
Also all my window sills are covered in dog hair and beard hair this is also on their checklist
Also LIARS in replying to their reply they came on JUNE 5th I got here on the 19th the house has been empty and is absolutely FILTHY - the owner of the home is even disgusted with their service and mad since he paid for the cleaning I’m still cleaning food and feces and hair off things

Marimar and Atenas did a very good job I am very happy with their work. I am requesting them to return in two weeks but not as an intense and complete cleaning service this was over our budget. Thank You

We were referred to Maidpro from one of our neighbors. It was a great recommendation! 2 ladies named Nora and Mireldis came and did an amazing job. The house was so clean after 2 hours. The supervisor came towards the end and followed up on the job. They gave me a 49 pt checklist with all the things that were completed. I highly recommend Maidpro for how professional they were!

Carlos and Diannelys do an excellent job cleaning. They are professional, attentive to details, punctual, friendly and my dogs love them! I would recommend this wonderful team to everyone.

Highly Recommend Maid Pro of St. John's. My family looks forward to seeing Carlos and Dianelys every week. Fantastic work, friendly, and efficient. They have gotten to know our family and our preferences, which makes it easy.

We had the dirtiest windows on Anastasia Island! Flavio with Maidpro St. Johns came, worked his magic and they look brand new. Flavio is punctual, kind, professional and pays extreme attention to detail. Highly recommend Flavio for a deep window clean.

Carlos and Dianeles are amazing! They are the best cleaners we ever used and do a great job cleaning the home. I highly recommend MaidPro. They are professional and do an outstanding job.

We use Maid Pro for our office and they come every week. They do a great job with the cleaning and are very thourough, respectful of the employees areas, and are very professional when they're on site. Carlos and his team are always on time and do a fantastic job!

I am happy to write this review on our MaidPro team, Carlos and Dianeles! They are so dedicated to their work and never fail at keeping us satisfied with the cleanliness of our home! If they miss something, which never really happens, they will not stop until we are completely happy with the results! I've never met a team of workers that are so eager to please!

When we heard that Carlos may be leaving and moving back to his country to be with his family and friends, we were disappointed, but completely understand! 🙂 We are so happy for him, but we will truley miss his smile and amazing personality! We have no doubt that MaidPro will be successful at finding his replacement! ❤️

Not only are we happy with our cleaning team, we are very happy with MaidPro!
I highly recommend them with a 5+ Star review! Thank you MaidPro for your professional company and for providing Carlos and Dianeles as our cleaning team! Wishing you a very successful summer and remainder of the year 2025!
Thank you so very much! God bless!

We've been using Maidpro at our office for over 2 years and we've had a great experience! We love Yashira and Sonia. They always do a great job and are very thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Marimar and Atenas are absolutely amazing!!!! They did an incredible job and attention to details! FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Carlos and Dianellis are the best cleaners I have had in several years and four homes around the country. They are extremely polite and are meticulous in every aspect of the cleaning of my home. They treat it like it is their own. Their professionalism, friendliness, and respect for my treasures is exemplary! Moreover their efficiency at each visit is five star. Thank you both!

I recently used Maid Pro for a one-time cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Nancy and Vanessa did an amazing job, my home felt truly sanitized and spotless. They were not only thorough in their cleaning but also very friendly and professional. They even took the time to tidy up some loose items, which was a huge relief since I haven’t been able to keep up with household chores due to being unwell. Their help made such a difference, and I felt so much better after they finished. I highly recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for quality cleaning services. This was a one-time service, but after such a great experience, I’m seriously considering setting up a monthly cleaning schedule. Thank you, Nancy and Vanessa, for your hard work and kindness!
