I rarely leave reviews, but soliciting is one thing that I do not appreciate.

I also received a door card upon arriving home today. I do live in a non-soliciting neighborhood, in addition to the two no soliciting signs I have next to my door bell and door handle. How they did not see them, I have no idea. Not to mention I have signs in my front yard for who does do my landscaping already. Why they think I would switch to a company that blatantly ignores signs is beyond me.

Additionally, did some research and it appears that Kimberly is the wife/girlfriend of the owner of Beacon Landscapes trying to cover for them.

Received a quote for pavers. Was going to use this company but as soon as I asked for a copy of their business license and insurance the communication stopped completely. This was need for my HOA approval I've left texts and multiple voicemails. No call back or text response. Buyers be aware. This is so un-professional. If you don't have these to run a safe business what else could be going on. Even if they call me back I have moved onto the next company.

I was looking to make a change in my Gardner and I’m glad James from Beacon stopped by my house. I have been using Beacon for about 3 months. They are always Prompt Professional and thorough. I recommend them to anyone looking for good work.

I use Beacon for my weekly maintenance and I am extremely happy with the great quality and personalized service. James is always professional and detailed in his work. I decided to use them for mulch and a full landscape facelift and they did an amazing job. My lawn looks better than ever!

After contacting two other Irrigation companies that would not return my call, I reached out to Beacon. They were out within 24 hours and not only fixed the problem, but walked me through the process as to why I was dealing with the issues. As well as, ways to prevent them from happening in the future. I Highly recommend.

Kudos to Beacon Landscapes for the top rate job they did for the complete re-do of my landscaping in the front and back of my house. Following our initial meeting to discuss plant types and landscaping options, James prepared a 3-D plan that showed in great detail what would go where and was extremely flexible in allowing me to rearrange plants to my satisfaction. After we reached a consensus, he sent me an mp4 file of drone footage he took that gave us a birds eye view of what the new design would look like. Amazing! He clearly takes great pride in his designs and it shows.

James was present through the entire process to ensure the work was done properly. He is very responsive and went to great lengths to ensure I was happy with the final product. And lastly, his price was extremely competitive.

Can’t recommend this company enough! The attention to detail, their knowledge on plants, trees and professionalism are top notch. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished product and how easy it was to see our landscape plan on video versus just on paper. It was a great experience all around!

I was happy at first but now not so much. No weed barrier fabric under mulch. Weeds and grass keep growing. They never came back to check on trees to see how they were doing. Appears as though I'll have to get it redone properly some time soon. Update: I appreciate your quick response but you are talking about the wrong house. Respectfully.

James has been great to work with! He brings a level of professionalism and creativity to his work. He makes the process of design and installation very easy and seamless and I cannot recommend him enough!

I highly recommend James and Beacon Landscapes. James provides drone video and digital image creation that enables you to quickly view a mock up video of your proposed landscape and hardscape project. He can then instantly make changes on his software, as needed, before finalizing plans. He is very responsive and collaborative. And, his installation crew did a terrific job.

The whole team from start to finish were incredible. I had them extend my patio and add some landscaping. They were very easy to work with, great communication and went above and beyond adding some extra sod that our builder messed up, helping with design and more. I loved that they offer a 3d rendered video giving you an idea of different ways they can design your yard. Thanks again to James and team!
