This is my second project with Yosemite. They just finished regrading and resodding my whole yard and it already looks so much better. The crew of Kaleb, Avery and Tobias did excellent work. I'm very happy and would recommend them without any hesitation.

I scheduled an afternoon repair assessment with a 2hour window. The representative never showed up, ignored our calls/text and voice message.

A return call to their main office the next day resulted in similar disappointment. Highly unprofessional company. Own up to your mistakes and communicate with customers. I took the afternoon off to meet your representative.

I do not recommend their services. Buyer beware!

We just moved here from Chicago and regrettably the transition has been a little trying. From furniture deliveries to service providers, our success rate has been less than 50 percent. But then again, we've had the opportunity to work with a company like Yosemite. They were/are top-notch. Excellent!

Several contractors did not believe there was a viable solution for my drainage issue, however Brett and his A team were able to resolve my drainage problems. The team was professional, courteous and respectful through the process. Thanks for a job well done! The team was awesome!

When it came time to replace my irrigation pump, Yosemite Irrigation and Landscaping came highly recommended to my household. Avery was responsive to my initial inquiries, replaced my pump promptly and also provided excellent service after installation. Yosemite’s staff also completed a thorough review and inspection of my existing irrigation system before the job was accomplished. I recommend Avery & Brett with Yosemite for prompt communication, excellent service, and for installing a terrific piece of equipment. Good company and great people!

One of my sprinkler zones went dead and the I was manually watering the grass. All the sprinkler repair companies were giving appointments a month away, but Yosemite accommodated me within a week time and gave me a 3 hour appointment time frame (prompt text messages). Two of their employees arrived in a van with company logo and took care of the issue within 30-40 minutes. They opened the sprinkler control box and fixed the startup issue and later adjusted all the water sprinkler coverage zones. I am taking a star off since they promised to change out one of the sprinkler heads to a powerful one, but I noticed that it was NOT done and the overall job was rushed. The total charged for the job was $380 which seems excessive, but I guess this is the new normal after COVID.

Tobias, Kris and Gabriel did a fantastic job on our sod replacement. The weedy diseased sod was removed cleanly, the ground was leveled out, and the new sod looks perfect. There was no mess left at all and the work was done quickly. A week later it still looks great thanks to the irrigation system repair work done by Kaleb and Avery. They set the schedule for me for new sod and left clear instructions on how to adjust it as the sod takes hold. Thank everyone!

Yosemite Irrigation and Landscaping, Inc. installed our irrigation system and laid the sod back a few years ago. They did a great job. We continue to use them each year to repair broken lines and adjust sprinkler heads. They are an excellent company to work with and they do great work. They're polite, respectful and know their business.

Kaleb has come out to repair a broken irrigation pipe in the past and today did our spring tuneup, adjusted our sprinkler heads, and replaced worn out sprinkler heads. He’s always great to work with, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Kaleb tended to the work quickly and did a great job!

Do not use this business. We did and it was a very negative experience. We asked for them to review our irrigation system. First they told us we had a broken head with a leak— but we had never seen standing water ourselves. Their team left pvc pieces and soil cuttings in yard and did not clean up. In addition they set our system to water for 8 hour intervals. Needless to say - our water bill doubled. When we contacted Yosemite for reimbursement for their error they never responded to calls or emails. Don’t call them for your irrigation needs.

Had Yosemite out today to service my sprinkler system. Great service! They showed up early which I loved, super professional and quick. Recommend to anyone who needs service. The techs were Chase and then another guy but I unfortunately do not remember his name.

We had our pool completely overhauled and the adjacent grass area was destroyed in the process. I waited to make this review to ensure the sod didn't die. I cannot express what a great job Elijah, Gabriel, and Tobias did laying the sod and the cleanup. They were fast, respectful, and professional. The grass looks great. Thank you all so much for the great service.

LOVE this company. Ultra responsive, great work. Brett came back out to check everything again after it was done and checked to begin with. Avery and his crew are super friendly and efficient. I have had a ton of work done at the house, with multiple providers, and Avery is the only one who actually checked in before leaving and the only time someone came out later to make sure it was correct. Pricing seems very fair, but the service is what makes the value. You will love them. Use them!

We just laid sod to discover our sprinklers didn’t work! I called Yosemite and Martha was so friendly. She had someone come out the next day. They were on time, professional, and very thorough at explaining what the next steps would be. The office reached out same day with our quote and we were able to have them back out the next day. Avery and Chase went above and beyond to help our system get back to its best! They were kind, professional and very friendly! My husband and I are very thankful for this company! Our new sod isn’t going to die!

Yosemite just completed the replacement of valves for all eight irrigation zones for my property in St. Johns. Edison and his assistant Moses arrived on time and immediately walked the property in order to find each valve. I was amazed at the amount of work it took to carefully dig up the area around each valve (thus avoiding any damage to the wiring) and quite a bit of piping needed to be replaced as well. I have used Yosemite on numerous occasions and each time they have done an awesome job - including this one! Edison and Moses were friendly, hard working, knowledgeable and they left the property as they found it, with very little evidence showing that they were here at all! I was also impressed with Edison showing Moses the entire process, since Moses has not been with Yosemite for very long. Edison was terrific and very patient and Moses was like a sponge, absorbing all of the technical details required for the job! Thank you Yosemite for another job well done!

“Lines not buried, No permit pulled, no rain sensor, No valve box, Ran 3/4 inch pipe instead of 1 inch, No back flow, Rotor should be 1 foot off the house, should have 1-2 more zones instead of crammed into 4 dozens because there’s not great pressure. Incorrect heads and head placement in multiple areas.” Here’s a long list of two second opinions on what’s going on here after I’ve had my irrigation brand new installed with this company. I’ve called countless times trying to get it fixed. I’ve asked to speak to the owner going on 3 weeks now without a single call back. I’ve been so polite until I’ve had enough, all my new sod is dying in areas because there’s no water getting to it from my new system. It’s just ridiculous. I have never been so mistreated as a client before. I’m honestly hopeful that going to this extent I’ll finally get a call back and get this resolved because it’s insane.

Moses from Yosemite Irrigation came to the rescue diagnosing and repairing our non functioning irrigation system, bringing it back up to speed this morning. His expertise and knowledge is greatly appreciated. - Mike Prairie, St Augustine.

Moses did an awesome job fixing a broken line in our sprinkler - very knowledgeable, quick, and professional! I called at 9 AM and they were at my house by 11 AM to make the repair.

While I can’t speak to the quality of this company’s irrigation repair service, I can share my experience with their customer service.

I originally scheduled an appointment for Friday, June 20, with an ETA of 2–4 PM, after waiting three weeks. On the day of, I was informed they were overbooked and no one was available in the St. Augustine area. We rescheduled for Tuesday, June 24, again from 2–4 PM. Despite my wife taking time off work for the original appointment, we remained flexible and were assured someone would arrive after 3 PM.

Instead, we received a call the morning of the 24th asking to come at 9 AM. When we reiterated our availability after 3 PM, we were assured by the manager again that someone would be out later that day. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived, and we received no further updates.

I understand it’s a busy season, and I’m sure the quality of work is strong once the service is actually provided. However, based on our experience, scheduling and reliability were significant issues. If you choose this company, be prepared for potential challenges with appointment follow-through.

There should be a negative star as this company doesn't even deserve one star! I was recommended to Yosemite by the plant delivery guys from Discount Plants on Old St Augustine Rd. I had just taken out a huge section of bamboo and some dead palms in my yard and needed all new grass (2000 sq ft). Yosemite came out and fixed any issues with the irrigation system first then sold me on this NEW grass called Tif Tough which was more expensive than St Augustine but was supposed to last longer. I paid over $2,200 to have them pull up the old dying grass, clean it up and lay the new grass. It lived for about two weeks with me WATERING EVERY DAY, then all of a sudden it died...turning brown all over. The St Augustine grass has taken over in areas and looks terrible. I have called Chris the owner many times to have them replace it but he said it just needed water! I had been watering it!!!

The Yosemite tech Avery came out to see it and even HE said the area was plenty wet and the other grass and all the surrounding plants were growing well.

Now Chris WON'T CALL ME BACK and I am out of $2200 AND a huge water bill. My lawn guys even told me that Yosemite didn't prep the area well before they put down the new grass which is why it died.

I am now looking for an attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

I hired Yosemite to add some landscaping to my yard after having a paver patio installed by another vendor. Since my wife and I have no clue about landscaping and could kill a tree stump we asked for recommendations on how to proceed. Bret evaluated and made recommendations based on what we were looking for. We also needed our irrigation adjusted to compensate for the new patio. The crew came a day earlier than expected and did a fantastic job. They also addressed some drainage concerns that weren’t in my agreement with them. After the work was done I had some concerns about the irrigation coverage and Bret and his irrigation guy came by the same day and addressed my concerns. I am very satisfied with this company and it’s employees! Shout out to Bret, Chris and the entire Yosemite staff for a job well done.
