Reviews of local pros in St. Augustine, Florida

Thank's to Tobias and Gabriel to make a awesome job and replacing the old grass, looks amazing!!! Yosemite Irrigation it is a great company that you can always trust.

Yosemite Irrigation has been nothing short of fantastic! I am on staff with a Creekside Christian Church and we recently hired Yosemite Irrigation to install irrigation and sprinklers into our new sports field and it turned out perfect! Anytime I contacted their office, their customer service was helpful and responsive, as well as their field guys. I highly recommend working with this company if you are looking for a company that works with excellence!

Work done was fine but their employee Edison Torres pulled some under the table stuff. He charged me $1,300 to do some work on the side and hasn't returned my money or completed work. If this is the type of people this company hires then they cannot be trusted.

We’ve used Yosemite for a handful of smaller projects and they always do a great job. They go above and beyond and are very easy and friendly to work with. Chris is wonderful; he is easy to get hold of and tries to get you scheduled as soon as possible, often making accommodations if needed. Brett, their lead person to come out and do the jobs is fantastic as well. He’s always very polite, courteous, on time, and hard working!

When my Rain bird blew up due to a pest infestation inside the wall unit.....Yosemite sent a tech named Moses. Moses was as professional as it gets.... great trouble shooter. He had my whole system fixed within an hour. He also reset all schedules for every zone. Great guy too.

I paid for 2 1/2 pallets of sod to be installed after the existing St Augustine grass was removed. They assured me that they own their sod farm and it was top quality.
Beware, it is infested with torpedo grass (Google it) and my lawn service said there was no way to rid it except to dig it all up, down past the roots.
I called, no visit, I called again, no visit.
Now I get emails for a free estimate for a(winter tune up) or redo my existing sprinkler system.
They came and said I didn’t need any changes but the adjusted two heads. I was billed $140!
Do not do business with these folks. There are more honest people out there……

Great experience with Yosemite Irrigation and Landscaping. The team, led by Avery, was prompt, professional, and quickly fixed the issues with my irrigation system after having artificial turf installed. Everything now runs smoothly, coverage is perfect, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend them for any irrigation needs.

I've consistently experienced excellent customer service with Yosemite Irrigation, particularly with Chris. Their communication stands out – if you send a detailed email, and follow up with a phone call after your email. I also appreciate their after-hours service: if you call after hours and leave a message, you get an automated text confirming their office is closed, but you can reply with details and even pictures. I did this recently and Bret from Yosemite immediately texted me back, confirming he was on top of the issue, and it was quickly resolved. They are incredibly thorough, even sending before and after pictures and videos of the repairs. I've worked with them for several years, using them for our community's public area monthly wet checks, and they consistently ensure everything is in working order. They truly cover all the bases from repairs to communication.

Professional,Reliable and Honest with incredible vision to construct any outhouse into a penthouse.

Fantastic group of people running the show here, all of them are knowledgeable and courteous . Best custom home builders in all of St.Augustine hands down .

Corner Construction built our home in Butler Beach Florida in 2019 & we couldn't be happier. Everything about the house is fantastic - the layout, the attention to detail, the quality of construction. Another often overlooked point - is what happens after the sale. Corner Construction & our builder Spirit have been amazing. We have had a couple of issues that were totally unrelated to the builder, but with the sub-contracted work. I feel like our builder should be wearing a cape with an S on it. Any questions we've had, any concerns, repairs... we've been completely taken care of. I couldn't recommend this company more highly!

Our lifelong retirement dream was made possible by Corner Construction Services, Inc.!
We were apprehensive about selecting the right company to build our new home on Atlantic View, and we interviewed many area contractors. This was a very difficult process for us as it was difficult to find a good, professional builder with honesty and integrity who would also keep affordability in mind. We thankfully chose the right one!
Good company policy emanates from the top down. With Corner Construction, it all starts with the owner, Ryan Cornelison, and his selection of employees. Jack and Pam Lassen are invaluable assets in the office, but it doesn’t stop there.
Our Project Manager, Warren Berry and his Superintendents, Brandy and Dalton, were in constant communication with us throughout the process. Communication and timely updates are extremely import, but their honesty, integrity, knowledgeability and professionalism were unmatched.
From the office, Suzanne sent us weekly spreadsheets to keep us abreast of the expenses. This, plus the ability to pick up the phone and get answers from anyone immediately, took a lot of the stress out of the building process.
If you are building a new home or just doing a renovation, you will not find a better company and staff in the entire St. Augustine area with which to do business. We are so confident of this that, if you’d like to contact us or see our home in person, we’d be more than happy to be in contact with you.
Thank you Ryan and Company! You’ve helped fulfill our lifelong retirement dream!

Jack has that rare “good guy” energy. The call was simple, but the kindness was obvious the whole time.

We love working with Pam and the entire team at Corner Construction, easy communication , easy to deal with.
Their work is beautiful and you can see the hands on the owner in each project , very special attention to details .
You will not regret choosing them to build your dream home.
100% recommend

Corner Construction is the best Construction Company. They helped me through the process of building not just a house but a home. I had some trepidation as I had a small tight budget. Together Jack, Ryan and their team work to formulate a budget that worked within my constraints and still had all of the things that I wanted in my home. All of their hard work and dedication resulted in a home that I love and enjoy. If you are looking for a company that has your best interest at heart, look no further. Corner Construction is Outstanding.

Working with Corner Construction and their president, Ryan Cornelison, has been one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a construction company. Ryan and his incredible team of artisans renovated our 140-year-old home in St. Augustine, FL, and the results are nothing short of extraordinary. Shout out to Danny, Yani, Jeff, Brock, James, Jeff, Czech John, Jason, Joey, and Randy!

From day one, their professionalism, communication, and respect for the historic integrity of our home were exceptional. Every crew member who stepped through our door was kind, talented, and remarkably skilled—true craftsmen who clearly take pride in their work.

They renovated all of our bathrooms with exquisite detail, installed brand-new hardwood floors throughout the home, and built a completely new staircase that far exceeded anything we imagined—a true architectural centerpiece that transformed the flow and beauty of our home. Their wood-working and finish carpentry are second to none. They reinforced and leveled our original floors with precision, framed new structural elements where needed, and built a beautiful custom library that showcases their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Renovating a 140-year-old house is no small task, but Corner Construction handled every challenge with expertise, creativity, and unwavering dedication to quality. Ryan’s leadership and his team’s artistry brought our historic home back to life in the most stunning way.

We wholeheartedly recommend Corner Construction to anyone seeking superior quality, artistry, and professionalism. They truly are the gold standard.

We are snowbirds. When we returned to our park model in Bryn Mawr ocean resort we discovered a water leak that flooded our bathroom. It also destroyed thr flooring in our bedroom, hall and kitchen. Ancient City returned my call quickly and came out to discuss remodeling project the next day!... they were able to work us into their busy schedule to do a total remodeling on bath, replace all the plumbing in the park model, plus replace electric in bathroom plus replace all the flooring in our unit. I now have the bathroom of my dreams. Very professional and reasonably priced

Jake was very helpful
