Reviews of local pros in St. Augustine, Florida

Pier Electric was the only company I could reach at 9:30pm for assistance with an issue with my hot water heater. Vlad was quick, did great quality work, and offered a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Vlad and his company.

Pier Electric is absolutely top-notch! I had a GFCI electrical issue and gave them a call, expecting I'd need a service visit. Instead, they walked me through the fix over the phone and saved me a ton of money! They were incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and down-to-earth. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about helping you rather than just making a buck. Highly recommend them for any electrical needs—I'll definitely be calling them again in the future! Thanks brother!

Just had an EV charger installed by Vlad at Pier Electric and was a great experience. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and also made sure the install looked professional. Highly recommend him for your electric needs.

I bought a new Ford F150 Lightning and contacted several installers for my charging station. Pier Electric was the least expensive. On the install day Vlad showed up on time. He had to install a new circuit breaker as the one I have was full. He got the job done quickly and was very kind answering all kinds of questions I had. A couple months later I had a problem with the charger and Ford said to contact the installer. I called Vlad at 9:00 pm on a Friday expecting to leave a message to set up an appointment. Vlad actually answered my call and was at my house AT 11:00 PM ON A FRIDAY. Quite unexpected. He looked at the charger, saw that it had power and took a video to show Ford. That was helpful in Ford expediting a new charger to me. Pier Electric is now my go-to for any electric needs I may have. Professional, friendly, and reasonable prices. If you need an electrician, call Pier Electric.

Pier Electric did a great job! They were out within hours of my service request, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!

Pier Electric was contracted out by Ford Motor Company to install my EV Charger. Andrey was the technician. He was right on time, he was done in no time. He cleaned up nicely, like he wasn’t even there. It’s little things like that, that’s what people appreciate. Very pleased with his work.

Andrey was professional, efficient and friendly. EV outlet installed and looks great. Recommend Pier.

Andrey installed a 240V charging outlet in my garage for my hybrid SUV. The price was great, the work was done quickly, and the final install looks fantastic. No exposed wires or conduit, just a really clean and professional setup.

Professional and easy to work with. High marks for communication, timeliness and estimating. EV charger was installed inside my garage within 2.5 hours of electrician's arrival, including addition of a 60 amp breaker and hardwiring the device. Tested the charger on the vehicle to ensure it was operational before he left. Everything checked out great. I'm super happy and would recommend anyone who needs an EV charger installed to call Pier Electric.

Andrey was great. He left the garage spotless and my new EV charger works well.

Vlad was professional, quick to respond, and did great work. Highly recommend for electric vehicle charger installations.
