Great overall experience with Neo Electric. After searching for an electrician, I stumbled upon Neo (while in the car)…- one phone call and they had an electrician at my home the following morning. I’ve had several issues with my new build that simply could not wait for a warranty team to come out and take of . The Neo electrician (Frenel) clearly identified himself upon arrival, was courteous and put in his shoe covers (always appreciated ) and let me walk him through the issues. After a thorough check of my electrical panel, problematic switches and wiring miscues , Frenel went to work.Step by step he guided me through the process and proposed fixes and what was needed. Upon completion (panel, 2 switches , and wiring of a third) Frenel again walked me through the fixes. From start to finish a great experience and will certainly be using Neo for all my electric needs/repairs. Thank you Neo Electric!

We had a lightning strike that fried some of our smart switches.
Brandon and Jake did a fantastic job not only fixing the switches but also addressing a long-standing issue with a smoke alarm in our home. I would call them back in a heartbeat to do more work on our house. They were both smart, friendly, and looking out for the best ways to approach our electrical issues.

Hands down, one of the best companies I have ever done business with! As soon as I called for a problem, they promised to take care of it immediately and they certainly did! Even though it was late and after business hours, here they were, working at my home, just to make my family and I weren’t left in the dark!!! My experience with Neo Electric has been absolutely perfect...Chrissie asked me to explain and send pictures of what I needed done -- got me scheduled quickly. Brandon and William showed up and started doing the work on my list -- they had to pick up supplies -- came back -- needed to make another change to what was needed -- pivoted and came back the next day when they said they would. They did a perfect job and fixed everything that I needed fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Neo Electric -- I have used a few different electric companies since building my home and they are the absolute BEST!
