I had a very unique problem that the person answering the phone, Justin, took seriously and scheduled a technician as early as he could. He explained that the team was backed up to manage my expectations up front, which I appreciated, but I was in no hurry for this job since I just needed a quote. Max came out to assess my problem and was actually able to fix it right there on the spot. He noticed that my water shut off was covered up and quite low, and he graciously dug it out for me. That is a level of service that is above and beyond. He gave me advice on how to avoid my faucet issue in the future, gave me a price range for replacement parts, and advised that it was an issue that was likely to happen again because of the hard water. I also appreciated him complimenting my choice in dogs. Megan was also a dream to talk to for following up on the service.

I write all of this to say, when the first phone call started with “How can we make you smile today?” I knew there was commitment to great customer service, but it was great to see it actually followed through on in practice. It’s not just words. 10/10 would recommend.

The technician that came out to service our house (Jackson) was wonderful. He was very kind, knowledgeable, & informative. He made sure our main drain was working/flushing properly before leaving. My only reason I did not give 5 stars, was I was not expecting to pay $820 for a drain clean. Luckily, he applied an offer I asked about that I saw on the Lickity Split website, yet our total still came to just under $800. All that aside, we really enjoyed working with Jackson and appreciate his hard work to get our main drain working/flushing properly again. Thank you!

Brandon was the best plumber I've ever had! Super professional, nice and most importantly knowledgeable. After the freeze, I found that we had some a broken water lines. We called and Brandon came back and had our service. Restored in no time flat period thanks lickety, split.

This was a huge project! Our old home has a septic tank with 70+ year-old cast iron pipes, and we were very nervous about what it might cost. My oldest son recommended Lickety Split to us. As soon as I called, the operator was very informative and had a representative call to schedule someone to come out. Everyone who came to our home was kind, took the time to explain everything involved, and offered a reasonable price and warranty. They also scheduled the work to fit our needs. The team was respectful when coming in and out of the house, worked quickly, and was always courteous. We’re so happy to have everything working again!

I took advantage of a special deal with a next-day turnaround. The plumber, John, was nice and courteous and clearly knowledgeable. Although he could not fix the problem, it's hardly his fault, as he was able to identify a sewer stack collapse which handed it over to my HOA. He definitely seemed knowledgeable and were it not for the fact that that was the problem he would've fixed it quickly. He talked about prior experience and knew about the legality of it being the HOA's responsibility.

Cameron and Alex came out for a routine inspection and assessment of my AC system. This was my first interaction with LicketySplit as a customer. Both were extremely professional and ran through the standard set of questions. They got to work and provided me with updates and recommendations along the way. Super pleased with the level of care, knowledge and customer service from them. Thoroughly explained everything and made recommendations that will likely elect to do rather soon. Highly recommended check them out for routine or emergency needs. Ill definitely be scheduling the air vents cleanings and some other minor repairs very soon.

Cheyenne and Trey were amazing techs. They educated me on the issue my A/C was having and how to conduct preventative maintenance. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Wonderful experience! Our HVAC decided to stop working over the holidays. Jacob came out the same day, diagnosed and repaired our AC quickly and was very courteous and patient. We opted after the repair to have the ducts/vents cleaned and Justin came shortly afterwards the same day to complete that service. He, too, was polite and pleasant whilst undertaking that project and very flexible working around our many pets. Will absolutely use them going forward!

I contacted Lickety Split to replace a kitchen sink and faucett. Every point of contact was great. The phone interactions, the consultant who came out to provide quote, and the technicians who came out to do the work were all very friendly, professional, and courteous. The two gentlemen. Zack and Sydd who came out to do the installation did a fantastic job. They were both very friendly, professional, and thorough. They were very helpful in explaining everything and making sure all my questions were answered. They were a great team and made sure the work area was left clean as before. Both had a wealth of experience and knowledge. They were very meticulous and detail oriented in their work. It is nice to see people that take pride in their work ethics. He provided a comprehensible analysis of my unit and gave me the best possible options in order for me to make an informed decision.
