Extremely professionally, friendly and knowledgeable! I would use them again and recommend

Neo Electric did a fantastic job installing my Tesla charger. The team was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. The installation was quick, clean, and works perfectly. Highly recommend them for anyone needing electrical work done right!

I ordered a ring door bell camera, called neo electric and they were here within the next hour, they did professional work and were in and out so fast! Then I had a problem with a doorbell chime and they came out and fixed it! Absolutely 10/10. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality work.

If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, professional, effective and knowledgeable electrician, look no further! Vinny was able to get my salon electric back up and running within a time frame l wouldn't have been able to image! My clients didn't have to be uncomfortable a bit! Very respectful and helpful. He values your time! This place comes highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.

Brandon & Jake were excellent - skilled, efficient, polite & tidy.

We were in need of emergency electrical service recently, and Neo Electric was able to come out quickly, make the necessary repairs, and had us up and running within 24 hours. Our entire weatherhead had fallen off of the house and live wires were strewn across the street from the house to the neighbors yard. We are so very thankful for this company’s experience, expertise and willingness to take care of this project one day before a hurricane. We now know who to call for all our electrical needs. Thank you, Neo Electrical and Vincenzo.

We just had a great experience with Neo Electric, a locally owned company. I called them earlier in the week to hang a chandelier in our entryway. They were very easy to communicate with and prompt with their responses. The day of the scheduled installation, the crew was on time, professional , and was able to get the job done with no issues. I highly recommend Neo Electric for all of your residential electric needs.

I called to get an estimate the owner Vincenzo got back with me right away scheduled his associates to come out they were so friendly and professional! I recommend them for small jobs and big jobs. Extremely honest and reliable. Thank you for making my home look beautiful.

Great service from the minute we made our call to Neo and spoke with Kenny. Kenny and Shane came out to do a walk through for an estimate for the job we needed down at our home. Kenny got us on the schedule ASAP as we were on a time crunch. Brandon and Jake showed up 4 hours earlier than expected which was great for us and went right to work and worked fast and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Brandon and partner were very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the workmanship, explanation of their work and obiously the final product. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Great price, fast service, on time. Electricians were friendly, knowledgeable, prepared and extremely professional without any annoying up-sell of services. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks

Circuit breaker suddenly tripping repeatedly called Neo early on a Monday left a VM. Two diff. people from Neo called me back within the hour and we had wonderful and competent technicians on site by 3:00pm same day. Found the issue was a smoking (no lie) hot toggle/shut-off switch for our tankless hot water heater hanging externally on the house had pooled water in the wire housing and if they hadn't caught it and repaired it our home would certainly have had a fire. So grateful for Neo Electric's quick response, for their competence and knowledge, for their kindness, and for their responsiveness. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

This was divine intervention. I met Vinny and through our brief conversation I found out he was an Electrician and worked for Neo Electric, a locally owned company in both St. Augustine and Jacksonville. I am “newer” in the area and do not have a phone full of contacts when I need something done. I am also a new widow and this stuff has never been my forte. Vinny came right then, looked at what I needed done (replacement of electrical box to get it up to code), gave me a quote and a hug for my losses. He got me scheduled and had the job done before Christmas. The two guys that came out were professional, thorough and completed the job in the time frame they had said. I felt like I got to hit the easy button. These days easy buttons are hard to come by. I am forever grateful !!
Thank you Vinny and Neo Electric !! ❤️

NEO Electric is fantastic! Jake and Brandon were actually early. They were extremely professional and courteous. They explained everything to me, made sure I was pleased with the work, and asked if I had any last second questions. I will definitely call NEO again if I need electrical work in the future.

Highly recommend. Brandon and Jacob were great. Price was very reasonable and the plug was done just how we wanted it to be done.

These folks are brilliant! Neo Electric is now my "go to" electricians. Why? Because they regularly exceed expectation. These people are great Kenny is super responsive. Brandon and Jacob. We're skillful, and really super friendly. They installed lighting, new outlets, and even wired and lit or stain glass panels. Thank you all.

Great company, great service, very respectful, and they communicate very well on appointments. The two tech Brandon and Jake were awesome! Very knowledgeable and thought through the entire process to run wiring for under cabinet lighting with minimal exposed cuts. Very very pleased with the results and have nothing but great experiences with NEO Electric. Highly recommend. Thanks guys! I really appreciate you!

The Neo Electric team that serviced my house today was excellent. They were knowledgeable and thorough. While they were installing two 20 amp circuits they spotted a potential problem in my electrical box and fixed it properly. Thanks Neo team for looking out for our safety.

I hired Neo Electric to replace an outdoor GFI outlet and two additional outlets that had been damaged by lightning, and they did a fantastic job. From the first call to the completed repair, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Brandon and Jake were great and explained everything clearly, and replaced the outlets safely and efficiently. Fair pricing, no surprises, and great service overall.

I highly recommend Neo for your electrical needs! They promptly return calls, come when they say they will and work hard and fast. They are so fair in their prices and really want you to be fully happy with the job. They actually try to save you money. I will definitely call them again! (I had to have a dedicated line ran for this new fireplace. It was a bigger job than anticipated due to the construction of the ceiling and they still stuck with the original quote.)

The guys from Neo Electric did a great job. We’re very pleased. Excellent communication and very tidy. We’ve had lots of contractors in & out of our new build home, and these guys were by far the cleanest. Very respectful and even noted our no-shoes in the house policy and removed theirs before I even had the chance to ask. Will definitely use them for all electrical needs in the future.
