Reviews of local pros in St. Augustine, Florida

☆☆☆☆☆'s For Sure 🌹🌹!! True Professional Organization 🌹🌹🌹 !! Pier Electric was contacted reference our purchase of a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq home charging system by Qmerit. Vlad, owner of Pier Electric called to set up an appointment. August 3, 2024 (Saturday), there was an opening, YES Saturday !! We locked the appointment in between 9 AM - 11 AM on 8/3.

Guess what? Vlad was knocking on our door at 9:30 AM in Crescent City, FL. no less, incredible !! What contractor makes an appointment and actually shows up "On Time & Early" in the appointment window?? Vlad of Pier Electric, that's who !! 🌹🌹☆☆☆☆☆🌹🌹🌹, 5 Stars & 5 Roses. Thank You Vlad, you're the BEST !!

Vlad sent his tech to fix a bunch of electrical issues covered up by 🇲🇽 sheet rock crew! They did an amazing job repairing the mess and bringing everything up to code. Fair, communicative, showed up as promised and did the job right.

Absolutely the most professional and personable gentlemen. I could not give a higher rating. I called because Tesla received our car a week earlier than expected. I called to see if Pier Electric was able to accomodate what most companies would consider an unreasonable time line. Pier was able to get out the very next day because of a late minute cancelation. They applied for the permit in the evening after our call and I had an email of the permit before they showed ip for the job. Amazing service. Reasonably priced considering all they do for you. What a blessing Pier is in a day where many electricians take advantage. God is Good.

Amazing service. Was here earlier than expected. Did a fantastic job setting everything up for me and making it all work. Thank you for coming out and helping with my charger. Professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Will happily use again in the future.

Can electricians/electrical companies get any better than Pier Electric? Pier Electric sets the bar for me and is my Jacksonville go-to.

From the responsiveness, to the quality workmanship, to the seamless transaction, to the automated receipt. Pier Electric's no hassle, quick quote and turn around time was superb.

I got the job quoted by a few different companies and Vlad's straight forward and familiarity with what Tesla's specifications were on point. From the torqueing, to the code he knew it all.

Vlad came right on time, knocked the EV charger out in no time with peace of mind. Works like a charm!

Thanks and would happily suggest him to anyone needing work done in Jacksonville.

Qmerit contacted me on Friday for installation with Pier Electric. Vladimir contacted me and we set appointment for Monday at 7am. He was on time and very professional. Explained how everything works and did an excellent job. Will highly recommend this company.

I called Pier Electric late yesterday afternoon. Owner Vlad answered directly. Vlad Scheduled appointment next day to replace our old electric meter box which failed . Technician Andrey arrived on time and worked hard all day to put in a new and upgraded meter box per current electric codes. Andrey coordinated perfectly scheduled county inspection and Beach's Utility crews to shut off power and then later to turn power back on. Very pleased with professionalism, promptness and perfection during the installation. Thank you!

Vlad was 30 minutes late, but otherwise was extremely courteous and professional. He suggested a better spot than I originally wanted for the Tesla charger I was having installed. He also reinforced the charger mounting as there was no stud behind where he suggested. His rates are fair and he responded very quickly. Would definitely work with him again.

Very professional and knowledgeable with over-the-top service. Their deligence and quick response was outstanding. Our job required troubleshooting and Vlad stayed with the job until he solved the problem. Can't say enough great things about this company.

I wish I had known of this company sooner! They were fast, upfront, and offered fair pricing. I am very happy with the installation of my EV charger and their communication throughout the process.

Pier Electric was very responsive in meeting my needs for a home electric vehicle charger. They were punctual , detail oriented, with very good communication. I had problems with the main breaker switch after installation and they came back the next day and did a separate quote for that and replaced it .

Since my initial review, Pier Electric reached out to me to send me a copy of the passed county inspection and answered additional concerns.

Andrey with Pier Electric LLC was an exceptional electrician. He was punctual, professional, and detailed. And when the job was complete he left my home clean and he was extremely nice.

They were recommended via Ford for install of EV charger. Andrey was the tech who came out and took care of my install. Hey was very kind, respectful, and prompt. Showed up on time, and completed the job in the amount of time he had quoted me. They do all kinds of electrical work, I will be contacting them in the future for some other jobs.

Just had my Tesla Wall Connector installed by Pier Electric and I’m thrilled. Vlad did an amazing job—suggested a better spot than I planned, with clean wiring and perfect cable management.
It’s pulling the full 48 amps on the 60A breaker. Everything works perfectly.
Vlad was friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional.

I cannot recommend Pier Electric and the owner, Vlad, highly enough! I hired them to install a Tesla Wall Connector at my Palm Coast home, and the service was truly beyond five stars. Vlad is incredibly dedicated—he even stayed late into the evening to ensure the project was completed on schedule.

The office staff was just as impressive, maintaining professional and timely communication to coordinate the city inspection. What really set them apart was the post-installation support. Vlad was available to answer all my questions about connecting the charger to my app and even volunteered to come back to my house to walk me through it personally. I recommend this company without reservation!
