I have used Molly Maid for years in three different states. Just moved to the Jacksonville area so I called this one. The first couple of services were as always expected. Great. I just remodeled my home so they came and did a "construction clean". My home was a mess. All I can say is, I couldn't be happier with how thoroughly they cleaned the home. It is beautiful. HIGHLY recommend!!! And thank you Zoe and Clarissa for all you do and will do.

I use the services of Molly Maids every 3-4 months, and I’ve been pleased with all of their visits. I want to especially recognize the team of Ashley and Rosa. They did an amazing job in my home this week. Nothing was overlooked, and Rosa had my glass shower doors sparkling, even though there had been some soap scum. I will always ask for this team in the future.

Molly Maids made my post construction clean up not so overwhelming. I am so thankful!

Molly Maid cleaners continue to be response to my needs and requests. While I would prefer having the same team each time, it has not been problematic to have different teams. Additionally, the scheduling office is open to feedback when improvements are necessary.

I got a move-out clean for my 1-bedroom apartment and they did a great job. Jenny, who helped me over the phone, was kind, cheerful, and extremely helpful.

Molly Maid always does a great job. The 'maids' are both friendly and professional. I've never had any problems.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The ladies were friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and left my apartment super clean and smelling great. Our base boards look brand new.

Very pleasant team of Serinity & Rochelle. They work really well together doing a terrific job cleaning my house. I’m always happy to have them back.

We used Molly Maids for a rental move out service. The crew arrived on time and did a great job. We did find a few dust balls scattered around the floor, but not really a big deal. Aside from that, everything looked good and the property manager had no complaints, so it was well worth the money to have it done.

The Molly Maids administrative team on the other hand I would give 1 star. They are supposed to call the morning my house cleaning is scheduled with a 2 hour window. I have been with this service for months and they have NEVER called me with a time.
I have also asked to have the same team each month. I have to threaten to cancel the service to get the same people back each month.

Again, my housekeeper, Dee is definitely fantastic.

Emily and Rachel truly went above and beyond with their cleaning. We have never seen our home so clean. Absolutely spotless! Really impressed and look forward to having their help in the future!

Very disappointed. Incredibly poor service :(

1. I asked to wipe the dust on the window sills - it was not done when I came to check. I paid attention to this, and they take extra time to wash it every turn - I run my hand along the window sill and show the dust on it. The cleaner silently takes a rag and starts wiping the window sills.

2. In their list of what they supposedly did, it was written that they wiped the blinds - I didn't know whether to laugh or cry - no one touched the blinds at all.

3. I asked to wipe the baseboards from dust - it was not done at all.

4. I asked to wash the floor in the kitchen - it was not done, I checked the floor and there were crumbs on it.

This cleaning is not worth the money they asked for.
I will definitely not use this company's services anymore.

Very pleased with the whole experience from first call to house cleaned. Friendly, punctual, reasonable & proficient.

Molly Maid was excellent. I scheduled a move-out clean and they did a great job.
Scheduling and communication easy and they were on time and did everything they said they would.

Thought squeaky and sparkly? Think again.
Went for good reviews, got disappointing results. The clean service provided is sub par.
Old dust is not getting removed at all. They will wipe with a duster and claim it's done, even if it's still utterly dusty.
Wipe your marble countertop with your bare hand right after "cleaning" to collect speckles of dust. Run your finger over the top of "cleaned" baseboards and collect loads of dust. Etc, etc.
Management doesn't care about the results.
Giving 2 stars not 1 because it was some kind of cleaning after all, it is cleaner than before, but it was not worth my money even remotely.

Thorough cleaning, employees polite and efficient. No negative issues. My home looks and smells clean!

Brittany, Savannah, and Karissa were excellent!! Our store looks great and smells great.

Gabby and Rose were prompt, thorough and professional. I love that I was able to specify areas to focus on and they also cleaned things that we were not expecting. I would highly recommend them and look forward to requesting their service again.
