I am happy to write this review on our MaidPro team, Carlos and Dianeles! They are so dedicated to their work and never fail at keeping us satisfied with the cleanliness of our home! If they miss something, which never really happens, they will not stop until we are completely happy with the results! I've never met a team of workers that are so eager to please!

When we heard that Carlos may be leaving and moving back to his country to be with his family and friends, we were disappointed, but completely understand! 🙂 We are so happy for him, but we will truley miss his smile and amazing personality! We have no doubt that MaidPro will be successful at finding his replacement! ❤️

Not only are we happy with our cleaning team, we are very happy with MaidPro!
I highly recommend them with a 5+ Star review! Thank you MaidPro for your professional company and for providing Carlos and Dianeles as our cleaning team! Wishing you a very successful summer and remainder of the year 2025!

Carlos and Dianellis are the best cleaners I have had in several years and four homes around the country. They are extremely polite and are meticulous in every aspect of the cleaning of my home. They treat it like it is their own. Their professionalism, friendliness, and respect for my treasures is exemplary! Moreover their efficiency at each visit is five star. Thank you both!

I recently used Maid Pro for a one-time cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Nancy and Vanessa did an amazing job, my home felt truly sanitized and spotless. They were not only thorough in their cleaning but also very friendly and professional. They even took the time to tidy up some loose items, which was a huge relief since I haven’t been able to keep up with household chores due to being unwell. Their help made such a difference, and I felt so much better after they finished. I highly recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for quality cleaning services. This was a one-time service, but after such a great experience, I’m seriously considering setting up a monthly cleaning schedule. Thank you, Nancy and Vanessa, for your hard work and kindness!

I’ve been so impressed with Maid Pro, especially Marimar and Atenas. They’re incredibly detailed and consistent with every cleaning, and they’re also so kind and thoughtful. With a newborn at home, I really appreciate how sound-conscious they’ve been—they always work quietly and respectfully. It makes such a difference. Highly recommend!

Yohana and Adriana have been cleaning our home for months and they are consistently outstanding. They are professional, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented — our house always feels spotless and refreshed after they leave. MaidPro of St. Johns delivers reliable, high-quality service every time. We couldn’t recommend them more.

Always look forward to my cleaning appointments. Love how they combine the right amount of personal touches with the excellent quality of the experience. Toilet paper origami in each bathroom is reminiscent of fine hotels around the world. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with this cleaning company. They were professional, on time, and incredibly thorough. Every room looked and felt fresh, and they paid attention to details that are often overlooked. The team was respectful of our home and worked efficiently without cutting corners. It’s such a relief to walk into a spotless house and know it was done right. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services.
