I just moved into a newly built home and our hot water wasn’t working. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately and were very professional.

Setup an appointment for several weeks out because I was "too far" which was 30 mins away. Missed a couple of calls when he was close to me cause I have bad signal. Ended up fixing myself.

Julio just stopped by for another house but came to help me out. Great guy and great ethics from their team, truly appreciate the help.

They don't stand by their word!! i scheduled an appt for between 1 and 5 yesterday, took of work at lunch. nobody showed up i called and they said they didn't have me on the schedule ..and thats it!! 4 hrs of vacation down the drain.(no pun intended)

Amazing service! They came out the same day I called even though it was very late in the workday. The technicians wasted no time getting right to the problem and fixing it. They were also exceedingly fair on price. Thank you for your help!

I reached out to the builder to submit a ticket to unclog my main drain for my home because there was a concrete ball blocking the water flow and it was backing up in my home.Linscott plumbing Services was assigned to get the job done. I called and spoke with Lou which was phenomenal...Due to the Urgency of the request Lou was adamant on getting the job done asap so the workorder was assigned to Mike from Kissimmee Drain service LLC . He came out and handled the job like a true professional less than 6 mins he was able to remove the concrete ball and he made sure my pipes was completely cleared from any other foreign objects. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional , courteous and kind..I have additional work that needs to be done and I will be reaching out to both companies in the near future to assist...I'm truly pleased with the service I received.

Park Square home.
We had shower issues day 1.
Fixed it 3 times.
Recently after 1 year warranty notice the wall bubbling and bowing ...more shower water damage.
The grout the Linscott Plumbing did for Park Square ...is not waterproof. You must seal it.
If you used Linscott Plumbing just know the water stays under the tile it's not waterproof.
Removing the old caulk was just the beginning to start and see all the water that was being held. #parksquarehomes

Terrible craftsmanship, terrible service.

Our house is less than a year old. Linscott Plumbing plumbed the house. We now have a main line leak to the house, requiring us to shut off all water to our new home. I immediately called Linscott’s emergency service line given to us at closing. After describing the problem, they HUNG UP and won’t answer when I call back. Unbelievable.

This is on top of all the other plumbing issues we’ve had with the house (leaking toilets, garbage disposal, and shower). A pitiful excuse for a plumber who clearly just took the subcontractor money and ran.

i love their hard work and professionalism such a good company. I would recommend to anyone.

We have a new build home in Kindred and the is the second time we have had an issue and they do not pick up the phone or call back after leaving urgent messages. I verified the number the builder gave us with the one on Google and it’s the same number. We have to go out of pocket since it was an urgent matter
