So called this company for a small issue in my bathroom. Supposed to arrive at 8:30 am didn't arrive until 8:51 am. Valve in the toilet stuck, something I could have fixed myself, lesson learned. Plumber said the water supply line was leaking and changed it out. Total cost for 15 minutes $118.00. Their hourly rate is $115. Again lesson learned, should have asked what the hourly rate was first.

Discount plumbing replaced our 25 year old water heater and did a great job, better than the original installation. While the techs were at our house, they also fixed a leaky outdoor faucet and checked the water pressure in our bathroom. We are so pleased with their work, we will definitely call on them for future repairs.

This company is a lifesaver! They arrived within the promised time for a same day appointment after our amateur handy work resulted in a broken shower faucet cartridge that spewed water all over the bathroom the night before. Before we found Discount Plumbing, we had another company come out earlier in the morning and they estimated the cost would be a minimum $700 and require a hole in the wall for access to fix the plumbing equipment ( without any promise to patch it up) or take 3-4 hours to remove the broken cartridge. Discount Plumbing showed up and removed the broken cartridge and had everything fixed in 12 minutes! Literally! The ensured the valve body was still good and had the water back on just like that! Fraction of the time and cost! They are officially our plumbers. The entire team is very knowledgeable and understanding.

We called at 9:00 am. They were at my house by 1:00 pm. Worked quickly. Had my leak fixed in about half an hour. Checked another faucet that I thought might need to be replaced but it didn’t. They were fast, honest, and extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to any one. Thanks for a job well done.

I called this company in July 15, 2021 and he came the day we scheduled, i was charged $125 just for them coming to my home. I have a strong smell coming out of my toilet and they put 2 little bottles in my bathroom and the guy said "we'll pick it up in 2 days"... a week went by and no sign of anybody. I called again and they came and picked it up (this was July 22) they guy said "we'll get results in 1 week" and left. On July 27 I called to check on the results and i was told that the results wasn't back. On August 2, 2021 I called again to know the results and i was told the results wasn't back yet to give it a couple more days... Today is September 4, 2021 and i haven't heard from them since August 2. I honestly feel like I was scammed. I paid $125 for a service that was never provided to me. I hope everyone sees this post and think twice before making business with this company.

I am new to the city of St. Cloud and after a week of purchasing my new home, both of my toilets backed up and sewage went into my shower and tub. I called Jorge around 6:00 am and by 8:00 am he arrived at my house and began snaking the lines. What was revealed was very disturbing. The prior homeowner had the tile floor in the shower replaced. The installers not only pushed all of the grout and sand into the drain, but also flushed shop paper towels down the toilet. Of course both of these stupid moves, caused unnecessary problems and the potential for serious maintenance issues. Both Jorge and co-worker Rafael were very professional, explained the issue and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend Plumbing Response Team for their responsiveness, professionalism and fair pricing.

From the initial call to him doing the actual job, everything was amazing. A lot of contractors haggle you and don’t really care, but this company really goes above and beyond to give you the best work and not break your pocket. Our company was having issues with what we believed was our plumbing. Called Jorge and he was quick to go over several things on the phone to make sure that we needed a plumber. In the end he came out to take a look to make sure to point me in the right direction. Turns out we did not need a plumber but a septic company. I'm only giving two stars because the work was done and the plumber who showed up was very courteous and professional.
I'm in a very desperate situation because, we are getting our subfloor replaced due to water damage.
The guys working on the floor demoed the subfloor below the shower and noticed a leak.
Since I live on a state street and they are located close to my house, I called this company and explained the situation. The person I spoke to was able to send someone promptly (That's one star).
When the plumber got here. He said that he could definitely do it. When I asked him how much he gave me a price. I countered at 15% less. We agreed.
Plumber goes back to his truck and starts getting supplies. I was still standing outside of my house as I was throwing something out and talking with the floor contractors.
The plumber walks up to me and tells me that his boss is on the phone.
As soon as I said hi, he told me that it was actually double what the plumber and I had already agreed to. Then, when I told him that I cannot agree to that price, his response was, "Well, he already did the work."
Which he had not. Then, he proceeded to talk to me in a condescending manner. Reminding me that they are plumbers and not handymen.
Being that we were in a desperate situation with our floor contractors not being able to finish unless the leak was addressed, we needed this to be done ASAP. So we came to an agreement over the phone.
His plumber went on to do the job (that's the other star)
But him switching the price on me thinking that the work was already done is leaving me very unsettled. And that is why I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company.
