K & R Plumbing of Saint Cloud truly came through for us when we needed help the most. We had a broken pipe in the evening and couldn’t find another company with after-hours availability—meaning we would have had to leave our water off all night. Thankfully, K & R Plumbing answered our call right away and had someone out within a couple of hours.

Their communication throughout the process was excellent, which made a stressful situation much easier. Chris, the plumber who came out, was experienced, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. He quickly assessed the issue and got everything resolved efficiently.

I highly recommend K & R Plumbing to family and friends and will absolutely use them again in the future!

Very professional from the call to schedule, through the actual service. Very timely and arrived on time for every call.

Chris was awesome and was able to make quick room for service call. Thanks you!!

These guys are GREAT! Chris Portz was sent out to assist me with my water not draining. he took the time to explain everything it could possibly be, and diagnosed the issue thoroughly. Chris Portz came to my home and fixed my home shower handle the same day. Extremely professional and highly recommend this company for any plumbing service in your home.

K & R Plumbing truly exceeded my expectations! After I accidentally broke a faucet while trying to fix it myself, I was left with a serious water leak and had to shut off my water to prevent gallons from being wasted. Finding an emergency plumber on a Sunday felt nearly impossible, but K & R Plumbing came through when I needed them most.
Matt arrived within an hour of my call and immediately put my worries at ease. He was extremely professional, friendly, and respectful of both my time and the situation. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was done right, even going beyond the expected time without inflating the cost. Despite the rainy conditions, the quality of his work was outstanding.
This was truly excellent, last-minute emergency service at its best. I am beyond satisfied and incredibly grateful. I will confidently recommend K & R Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing service. Thank you so much, Matt—you were amazing!

This is our second time using K&R Plumbing for a home repair job. As new homeowners, it can be challenging to find reliable and trustworthy companies to handle various home issues. Chris Portz, did an exceptional job. We had an issue with a blockage in the main sewer line. He was courteous and transparent about the work and pricing. He also took the time to explain everything to us. He did the job quickly and kept everything clean. We will always choose K&R Plumbing for any plumbing problems we encounter. Highly recommended!
