This is the second time I have called upon Jay's service. Both times I have had an excellent experience.
Jay responds quickly to a call and makes every effort to get to his clients as soon as possible.
I had AC issues that fell on a late weekend night. He answered my call and walked me through some possible things we might be able to resolve... When it wasn't solvable over the phone, he was at my home the first thing in the following morning to remedy a AC/heat issue.

I can't express enough how amazing this company is! We had the thermostat / ac system go down through night prior to a showing for the sale of our home. We had an important appointment with a buyer at 9am the next day and Heavenly came in at 8am on a last minute call and had us up and running right on time! I wish I could leave a 100 stars!! Great experience, I had an issue with our condenser @11 pm at night. Heavenly Cooling picked up, took my information, and promptly walked me through steps to diagnose the AC so we could get some AC for the night. With their help I was able to get the condenser running and air cooled long enough for their tech to come out the next day. The technician was on time, cordial, and explained everything that he was checking on the system. He was able to diagnose the issue and maintenance the HVAC system. I called several different AC business and had a difficult time finding one that was in my budget! Thankfully by the grace of God I was able to find Jay and Mo! They came out offered me a quote and stuck by the quote! It’s been several months and I have not had any issues with my two units! I’m so happy I choose them! If I ever have any issues with my ac or have any friends in need I will recommend them!

I couldn't have received better customer service than Heavenly Cooling offers. I contacted them late on Saturday and he was at my house Sunday morning taking care of my problems. 100% recommend.

Unreal service - called in the middle of the night with a thermostat problem in our house during our move in day. Cool setting on, pumping out heat. He could've come out, charged me an emergency rate, and I would've been happy....instead he walked me through the process over the phone, was able to get us fixed and our AC running correctly again, and then congratulated me on the new home amd wished us a good weekend. I know who my new HVAC company is - and you should use them too. Outstanding service with a great human touch. THANK YOU!
