We needed a replacement A/C as the older one was leaking water in the home. Franks responded on very short notice, came out and provide a fair estimate. We needed the unit replaced ASAP due to the water leaking issue. Franks Team, David, Wil, Charlie, and Sheryll were knowledgeable and very helpful, Can't say enough about the fast and great installation. Great job all around on very short notice. Would highly recommend Franks to any family in need of a quality A/C unit

I did a lot of research when I knew I had to replace a unit. Based upon reviews and importantly the process of getting a quote, I decided to go with Frank’s to install the unit. I was provided with many options and a detailed quote with marketing information on all the available units. David the sales person was thorough. Jessica in accounting was great & very responsive. Charlie & Orlando did a great job with installation, clean up and getting me setup on the App to control my unit from anywhere. I am so blessed to have found this company! They truly understand the importance of customer service & integrity!

Fair and reasonable prices, never trying to up sell. Since switching to Frank's my AC system has been a lot more reliable and I haven't had the annual expensive repairs that other companies seemed to always cause.

I implore you DO NOT USE THIS company! They will upsell you a “top of the line” Trane unit.Only,for them to charge you outrageous prices( $500 ) just for them to a “find out” what’s wrong with your supposedly superior system . I’ve had this system five years and paid $12,000. It quit cooling yesterday and they wanted to charge me $500 just to tell me what’s wrong with it, not including actual repairs. I spoke to Justin, the service manager to see if there was anything that could be negotiated and he offered me a pound of Freon , basically $100.This sounds like the biggest scam out there. BEWARE!!!!!

I made a correction to my prior review, they actually charged me $119.00 for a service call and literally did nothing. They did however, come out to my house tonight after having a very productive conversation with management. The tech came out, put Freon in and said the system was working and in less than 2 hours it quit working again - no A/C

Not only was the work completed efficiently, but Erik also took the time to explain maintenance tips to help prolong the life of the unit, he informed us of the job that was done during his visit and what’s needed to be done in the future. It’s rare to find such friendly and knowledgeable service these days and Erik went above and beyond providing an amazing service.

Hector came out today to do a routine maintenance for us on the AC unit. We are part of the "cool plan". The technician should have five stars- he was friendly, punctual, and did a great job cleaning out the unit and explaining everything to us.

Franks AC did not disappoint. Franks was already maintaining my old unit and actually fixed an issue with it that other companies had missed in the past. So when the motor went out on my 17 year old Trane unit I knew who I was going to call.
Most of the time you would want to get at least three different bids from other companies but I knew first hand the kind of work that Franks can do because they had already replaced three other AC units in my immediate family as well as two of my friends, and they really go above and beyond.
Franks customer service is some of the best I've ever encountered from a company....They always answer the phone and if for any reason you need to leave a message they get back to you immediately.
The installation crew was professional and very helpful with any questions that I had on my new Trane system.
My air handler is in the garage and is ceiling mounted. The old unit always had huge gaps leading into the attic where it was installed when the house was built. The new unit looks and performs incredible but the install crew sealed all air gaps going into the attic and it looks better than it ever did.
if you need any kind of AC work Franks will not disappoint, they take great pride in what they do and it shows in their work.

**UPDATE**
I'm finally getting around to uploading the before and after photos.
Franks did an incredible job replacing my AC unit but as you can see in the pictures the installation work is top notch, as well as no more air gaps going into my attic and heating up my garage.
On the outside I opted for having new lines run to the unit because when the house was built the previous company had to replace the lines because they were bent on installation and not cooling properly.
The pictures speak for themselves...

Frank's AC is on the ball. One year from installation, they reached out to schedule the maintenance. They scheduled for the following day. Hector S. their technician reached out and provided a 30 minute notice. He was on time, professional, and did an excellent job explaining in lay terms what we needed to know to keep our system performing optimally.

Orlando let me know he was on the way and showed up early. Very professional, tool his time investigating why my system wasn't heating properly and explained everything in detail. 10/10 highly recommended
