Reviews of local pros in St Cloud, Florida

I have used Big Bang’s services for a few months. I found them on my neighborhood Facebook page. Lilliana cleaned my house last week and she did a great job. I told her some areas I wanted her to focus on and she completed them. She also even had me come into the bathrooms to check out her work (which I liked). She arrived early and even finished early! I was impressed. I have also used Rebecca in the past as well and she was great too. She paid attention to specific details and even made cute little origami designs on the toilet paper ends. I will be using again.

We've been using Big Bang Cleaning Services for a few months now and we are very pleased with the service they provide each week. If we have any areas that are in need of extra attention, they always come by and make sure everything is done. Communication is always professional and we are very pleased.

I had an amazing group of ladies Lilly and Rebecca clean my house. They are so detailed oriented and did an amazing job! Been using Big Bang for years and they do not disappoint. I highly recommend this business and theses ladies !

Very respectful and hard-working ladies. They did a great job and at a very good price. I would not hesitate to call again.

FYI if you have any special requests or instructions and do not speak Spanish you will want to specify them ahead of time when you are making the appointment.

I have been using Big Bang for bi-weekly cleanings of my home, and have never been disappointed. The care and detail that they take is exceptional. My favorite day to come home from work is the day I know Big Bang has been in my home. They even navigate through a teenager room and bathroom, and a young child's room that holds many, many stuffed animal friends. Always accommodating if I need to shift a day or time. Several different cleaners have been in my home - all did excellent work,

We have used Evany and their business, Big Bang Cleaning pretty much since they started up here in Orlando for a house cleaning every two weeks. We have had a few ladies placed with us, and the standard has been consistent, punctual and very reliable. Communication is always excellent, clear and timely. When a new associate is placed for us,
one of their supervisors are always with to train and instruct and check on the standard of work. Rebeca is currently taking care of cleaning and she is impeccable! Not only does she take care of our house in a respectful and efficient manner, but she is a joy to have around. Our cocker spaniel loves her visits - and we all give Big Bang five stars!

This is the 2nd time I have used Big Bang Cleaning and will continue to hire them. I had a deep clean done on my house getting ready for s family visit. Patricia did an outstanding job. Her work was impeccable and she cleaned very quickly. I had doubts about being able to do a great job in 6 hours but boy was I wrong! Thank you Patricia for making my house sparkle and shine!

Big Bang has been our reliable, go to cleaning service for over a year. They do amazing work and have excellent customer service. This is a cleaning company with the highest standards I’ve ever encountered. They have also done small painting jobs for us with flawless precision. Highly recommended!!

I love using Big Bang Cleaning Services. They are so professional and have really helped me when I am in a bind. I recommend asking for Karen. The highlight is coming home to a clean, fresh smelling house. I decided to hire them so I could spend more time with my family and business. I strongly recommend hiring them for scheduled bimonthly cleaning or before you host guests, it always takes the stress off. Thank you Big Bang Cleaning!

Big Bang cleaning service did a standard cleaning on my house and even did extra cleaning that was necessary. The rolled up towels and design on toilet paper rolls were a nice touch. My house was spotless and smelled amazing. I would definitely recommend Big Bang to friends and family.

BBCS did an amazing job with our house. Our family was impressed by their work ethic and attention to detail. We recommend BBCS to anyone who needs a fresh restart like we did.

I’ve used Big Bang several times and have been pleased every instance! They respond quickly via email and text, the ladies who come out are wonderful and have done thorough and great jobs! I’ve had the move ins/move outs and deep cleaning done. It honestly feels so good to have a clean (& organized!!) home and Big Bang Cleaning is def part of that equation for me!

We paid for a deep cleaning for a 4/2.
1. Our bathrooms had to be cleaned twice. After thoroughly inspecting the bathrooms there were still residue.
2. The base boards weren’t cleaned at all.
3. The blinds on the sliding door was cleaned, however, the glass door wasn’t cleaned at all.
4. Two cleaners came however within an hour one left and no one had a clue what happened to him. I had to call the owner/manager in which she sent two additional cleaners(who were great). I wish they were the initial cleaners
5. The wind seals were half cleaned.
6. They shoved a thick king size comforter on my son’s twin daybed. In which I pulled off and showed them he correct comforted however it still sitting on the side of the bed. They shoved all of my sons toys in his closet no type of organization.
7. Two of the four rooms aren’t occupied so there was no cleaning necessary however I paid the full cost.
Not sure if I will recommend or utilize this company again.

Horrible experience !!
DON’T WAST YOUR MONEY
They wanted to charge 265.00 for a deep cleaning did not clean the bathroom floor or the stall mop the floor anywhere they dusted and wipe down the microwave for 190 Dollars highway .
When they showed up this morning, they parked on my neighbors grass on her sprinkler system. She had to ask them to get off her grass so they left and came back 30 minutes later late for their appointment with me at 8:30. I would not let them in your house

I’ve been lucky enough to find a cleaning service who consistently leaves my home feeling brand spanking new! We’ve done done a deep clean and now do standard cleaning once a month. They’re reliable and flexible, plus the prices are affordable enough for monthly maintenance (especially considering we have a big home, 6bed4bath!). I would highly recommend!

Horrible job.!said they would come back and redo, now saying too much time has passes, it’s only been 3 1/2?weejs, I was away for 3!weeksvwith s broken foot stuck were I was. I contacted them and sent pictures of me in my cast/boot

We have been using Big Bang Cleaning for our monthly house cleanings for almost a year now and couldn't be happier with their services. The ladies leave my house sparkling clean and smelling fantastic! They are professional and reliable. We are actually increasing to twice a month since they do such a great job ! I highly recommend their services!

Great people!! This is a lovely family business, and they do awesome work. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Orlando/kissimmee/st. Cloud area.

Cleaned my Moms house. They must have rinsed something in the kitchen sink because it was full of dirty water and not draining. When questioned supervisor insisted they did not touch the sink and they had noticed it but forgot to say something. Also found my bath mat laid over my cosmetics cart…gross! The women on phone just kept repeating herself to the point where I list my temper and cursed. Will not use again…In response to the business reply the sink was clean before you came and dirty after you left so no you did not do a great job. Also your story is constantly changing first the cleaners forgot to tell my Mom and never touched the sink and now you tell me they did try to fix it? There was nothing wrong with sink before they came it was clean and there was no dirty water it. That’s why my Mom told them not to touch it but clearly they did.I am having a bad day now because of your deceit and the unnecessary inconvenience this has caused.

I've been using Big Bang Cleaning for two years and they have always done a great job. They are quick to respond and are very professional. Recently they've had Rebeca cleaning my house and she's done a wonderful job! She's been very thorough and timely. I am very happy with the service and will continue to recommend and use them.

I have used Big Bang Cleaning for over a year and am very happy with the results. Jennifer comes weekly, arrives on time, is friendly and professional, and throughly cleans my home every time. If I have any special requests or concerns, she is diligent in making sure I am happy. She always goes above and beyond and the tiny touches she leaves makes coming home after work all the better. BBC as a company has been great to work with. They are responsive, communicate regularly, and truly care for their customers.
