Big Bang Cleaning Service is very trustworthy, reliable, and thorough. We’ve been using this company for almost a year at our Airbnb and they have been great! Always on time and flexible with dates and times, guests always have compliments on how clean the place is, very responsive and always available when I send them cleaning dates. The owner is very sweet, easy to get in touch with and responds within a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!!

We have had Big Bang Cleaning Services clean our home for several years now. They provide incredible value for an amazing service every week. If we are ever unhappy with anything, they are very responsive to fix any issues. We’ve also used their handy-man service, which we were very pleased with to install multiple wall-mounted TVs and other equipment. So happy to have them helping us!

I asked for a few hours of cleaning for my house. I have 3 small children and the mess gets out of control sometimes. This company was responsive, and had me scheduled right away. The cleaner who showed up was kind, professional and a very hard worker. She did a WONDERFUL job! She did exactly what I asked her to do and was very detailed and thorough. I am very happy with this company and this experience! I definitely recommend!

Big Bang Cleaning was great! They were so responsive and able to fit our cleaning in right away. They were punctual and did a good job cleaning. The price was super affordable and I was happy with the result of our clean house. Our cleaner was considerate. She made sure to be as quiet as possible and limited loud noises because I had a baby at home. Would definitely recommend.

Big bang cleaning services has been doing our house for about 10 months now and we are loving it! They always do an amazing job and leave the house super clean! They show up on time and always stay in the time frame! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Paid for a deep clean of an empty condo 2 bed & bath. Only the minimum was done. Yes what they did deep clean (window sills, blinds and most baseboards) were done great. There wasnt a ton that needed to do in the first place though. The team didn't need to do the floors or most of the bathrooms (tubs) because they were just reglazed the day before, and the floors were just put in. I was told that the appliances would be done. The inside of the dishwasher was still dirty. They only did a minimum for the oven. The racks were not cleaned and inside could have been better. None of the fans were dusted or light fixtures in the bathrooms or livingroom. Bathroom mirrors were streaked. I would think these things would be in just a regular cleaning, not even a deep cleaning. I had to spead time doing it myself. Spent a lot of money for a mediocre job. If they had done what they did with cleaning the baseboards, blinds, oven burners and the windowsills on all the other things that were missed, it would have be great and worth hiring. This was not the case. They would not issue a partial refund for the work they didn't do. Don't recommend unless you follow them around and point out every single thing that needs to get done. So frustating to spend a lot of money for a poor job. Yes they offered to come back and and finish, but it was too late. I needed it done the day they orginally came due to having the place shown the next business day and professional pictures done. They also offered discount on the next visit however how do I have confidence that the job will be completed sufficiently to use them again. They might do a good job for other clients, but they weren't for me. ☹️

Unbelievable cleaning crew. They did a commercial restaurant for me in St Cloud that we thought we were going to have to change the fixtures they were so bad. I highly recommend them

Prompt, truly polite and considerate and the two women did a thorough and phenomenal job. VERY pleased with their service. The owner also worked with me regarding dates as we had gotten sick and needed to reschedule 2x. I would absolutely recommend and have already booked next date.
