***edit*** after owner response.... I did reach out and was told I would be receiving a partial refund as I had to pay my dryer repair guy to clean it.... NEVER received anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Wonderful service! We had a horribly clogged dryer vent and piping issue and Sam came out same day and cleared the vents and fixed the pipe. He was very professional and very nice! Would highly recommend!

The technician (sorry forgot his name) came right away and assessed the issue which he found the dryer vent to be completely clogged (provided photo and videos of his findings). The technician did the job with no time wasted. Thanks for the friendly and excellent service!

Asked to fix my dryer that was making noise. Technician came and stated the noise was a result of built up lint in the funnel. Recommended cleaning the funnel to stop noise. After cleaning noise remained and they refused to fix the dryer, which was the reason for the call.

Great service and Sam was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced a section of the vent near roof that was causing the blockage and sealed everything and made sure the vent flap at the roof was functioning correctly. Sam was very polite and friendly. Immediately began work and called out how severe my current duct clogging was. Gave good photos and videos of the problem to showcase the severity, as it's difficult for me to check myself. He started to pivot by removing the clog from the roof vent as well as sealing the exterior and interior opening from the dryer vent. The technician, Sam, cleaned dryer vent at end of May 2025. The initial charge was $79 and went to $500 after he stated it needed repairs in attic and also he encouraged to pay additional for return visits. Fast forward two weeks ago called because dryer seemed blocked. Made appointment and he never showed. Called said he was sick made new appointment never showed. Now, when you call, a woman makes believe phone has problems and keeps discnnecting. The voice mailbox is full. I am a senior citizen. They took a great deal of money and don't fulfill their obligations. I will check to see if they have a occupational license and are insured prior to filing a complaint. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. This is not how you should conduct business...
