I recently had my kitchen remodeled. Not only are Kelly and Mary a pleasure to work with, their attention to detail and open communication are great. I love my new kitchen and highly recommend them.

The Smoaks helped us build back after Hurricane Helene where we got 2.5 ft of water in the house. We are young and new homeowners and really didn’t know how to approach the process at all. They were incredibly helpful, honest, and supportive throughout the entire build back and filed all of our permits for us. They got us back into our house as quickly as possible and helped a lot with some of our design decisions as well. I can’t recommend them enough!

After my house flooded with Helene, I consulted with a number of contractors to help me rebuild my home, but Kelly and Mary were the first ones I actually felt that I could trust. This was my first major construction experience and I was completely overwhelmed. I especially liked that Mary guided me through the design process and helped me rein in my ideas to create the home I envisioned. I have a tiny home, but Kelly and Mary suggested ways to make it feel much larger than it is. Not only am I enjoying my new kitchen, but I am in love with my European Spa like bathroom. At all times, Kelly and Mary were professional and respectful, as were their subcontractors who took the time to complete the job safely and correctly. I can’t say enough about Kelly Smoak Construction. When our house flooded during Hurricane Idalia, I reached out to KSC from a neighbor’s recommendation. Kelly and Mary were awesome. Not only did we stay on the projected budget, but Mary has a keen eye for design. She even came up with the idea of the wine/coffee bar (my favorite piece in my house now). We remodeled kitchen, dining room and bathroom plus repaired all flooring, drywall and doors. All the subcontractors were professional and did a great job. My house looks amazing and I would recommend them 1000%

Look no further than Kelly Smoak Construction for your home renovation needs. Kelly and Mary are a husband/wife powerhouse contractor team. They are professional and down-to-earth. They are timely. Mary will assist with design and samples. They are reasonably priced. They will provide you with a weekly update as to what is scheduled. Did I say they are TIMELY?! They renovated our bathroom so efficiently that I could barely keep up with the next decision I needed to make! I think that is the best kind of "problem" to have! We got a second quote from another contractor prior to hiring them, but I'm telling you, there's no need to do that. Give them a call.

I found Mary and Kelly from their web site after Hurricane Helene - I wish I'd met them years ago. At first, I didn't plan to move back, but the house is turned out so well (and so much more functional), I couldn't wait. Highly recommend!

Great all-around experience. Replaced a kitchen cabinet, and installed 2 new impact entrance doors and 2 new storm doors. Viktor was a great communicator, very detail- oriented in his work and very professional. he displayed a high skill level in all his work. Thanks to Will, Jay and Viktor for a truly exceptional job. This truck on multiple occasions has been blocking the sidewalk while work is being done on a house on gulf blvd St Pete Beach. When asked could he move the truck he says he’s unloading something even though the bed is empty and he keeps talking on his phone. I let him know this is a retirement community and we have many residents that use walkers, canes and wheelchairs and it would be difficult for them to walk around he yells and me and rolls his window up. Poor behavior to say the least.

I wouldn’t trust this company with anything as simple as picking up sticks from my yard if you research the company online, they are going through multiple lawsuits for poor Craftsmanship in overall construction

Repair of a kitchen countertop backsplash. The technician was on time, clearly explained his plan and with great concern for the quality of his work, executed his plan exceptionally well. The folks at Revolution always take care of me in an expedient manner (called 4 days ago with the issue).
