They refreshed my Trexx deck. Replaced 4 boards, sealed the pressure treated wood, replaced some rusty deck plates and pressure washed. I've been waiting months to find someone to do this right and they succeeded.

I had Trident do crown molding in my entire house ( 1800sqft ) After my initial contact , they were responsive, punctual and came and measured and gave me the quote quickly . I thought the quote was reasonable . They were able to get me in their schedule quickly .
Trevin was the carpenter . He was just amazing. He did a fantastic job, meticulous and great attention to detail. He was extremely neat and clean . He did not leave a spec anywhere for me to clean . The molding looks so amazing and the painter hasn’t been here yet , can’t wait to see it when it has its final coat of paint . I would not hesitate to hire them again .

Trident was amazing! The whole team Ian, Daniel, Emma, Tucker, Trevin and trades were all outstanding at their jobs and the professionalism and attention to detail was top notch. We completed a whole house renovation and garage conversion faster than planned, under budget, and with great communication all along the way. I highly recommend them for any project you have! We will be repeat customers for sure!

I do want to thank you for removing the debris in the front yard. I noticed you even cleaned up the broken blocks and pipes that were in the alley, so thank you for that.

They are working on my neighbor's house and have had pallets and trash piled up in the front yard now for 3 weeks. I called to ask them to either have it removed or move it to the back yard which is by an alley and open, Mary Smoak called me a liar and hung up on me after refusing to address it.

They returned my call quickly to discuss the issues I was having, and promptly responded to me with suggestions as to how to remediate the situation. They helped walk us through what we needed to do and successfully resolved our situation in a cost effective and VERY fair way! We will use them for all our future work in St. Petersburg! We can’t thank them enough for all their help!

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! They did my kitchen and my master bath, fantastic job. Worth every penny. I collected a few estimates and by far they were the most budget friendly with the most generous allowances.

Kelly Smoak built a carport for me that was exactly what I wanted. He listened to my needs and then designed and built it. He and his subcontractors were always prompt, friendly, and helpful as well as professionally competent. I will look to Kelly again if I ever need construction work done.

Not every construction project goes off without a hitch. But what Kelly and his team did was provide confidence that everything would be okay throughout the project. And in the end, they delivered a fantastic, functional addition (below expected costs!) despite a plethora of pandemic-proximate challenges.

We had a second story deck that was falling down. We contacted Kelly Smoak who promptly gave us a realistic time of when they could be there. They came each time they said they would. They did a great job and cleaned everything up. They stayed in contact with us so we knew what they were doing. Professional, expeditious, courteous and great workmanship.

My experience was very disappointing based on the reviews. I reached out to them because my kitchen and bathroom need a total remodel. Mary called me back and asked for additional information and pictures which I took time to do and I sent them to her the same day. I never got any kind of response which isn’t very professional and definitely shows a lack communication skills.

Updated information- my guess on why they did not communicate back on my job was because it wasn’t big enough was incorrect. They do take smaller jobs. So I wanted to correct that. However, that doesn’t change the failure to adequately communicate expectations upfront. My communication with them was on October 18. At that time, I was never told an estimate would take two weeks. I actually was told “estimating kitchens and bathrooms is fairly easy”. I wasn’t expecting an immediate estimate but I was expecting something by now. If an estimate is going to take two weeks, simply say that to clearly manage expectations and not have a person feel dismissed and ignored. No doubt they do good work based on their reviews. It’s just for me proper communication is key and sets the stage from the beginning on how the process will go.

This company is amazing :-) when looking for a contractor and construction company I need someone who is honest and not going to overcharge me. it's easy to be taking advantage of but what I love about this company is that they care about the community. Mary donated $500 to pay for swim classes for foster children. Someone with a good heart is who I want to trust when I'm investing tens of thousands of dollars. They will be completing my room remodel conversion and garage edition soon. Will be sharing photos :-) thank you guys!

Kelly and Mary did two projects for me: a guest bath remodel and a master suite remodel. They were great to work with, always on time and kept me updated about progress and Mary was super helpful with design choices. I highly recommend!
