These guys were pretty sloppy. They caused 2 floods while remodeling our bathroom, so the floors and drywall had to be redone twice. They were so rough putting in the sink that they cracked the cement board behind it and would only tape it and finish over it rather than replace it. The work these guys did looks good until you look closely. Things were done cheaply. Also the bathroom sink has been slowly leaking since they put it in, and they have been unresponsive about coming to fix it properly. I would not use these guys again.

If you need contracting work done these are your guys. Quickest installs I have ever had done. They were clean, time effective and true professional. The price was also one of the best around. If you don’t choose them for your contracting need, you are missing out!

Made clear on phone project was to remodel a small bathroom. Spent an hour with company representative in my home. Went through scope of project and discussed other components outside of the bathroom we could fold in at one time that the company could handle. The company representative was kind and informative. He answered all of our questions, even questions that likely were dumb. Heard back the next day our project was too small, they pick their projects carefully, and good luck finding someone to do the work. I feel the owner should not have wasted my time. I explained the scope on the phone, that should have been enough for him to say at that time that his company couldn’t — or wouldn’t — handle the project. I think this company likely does high-quality work, but I feel my time was wasted.

Trident made it easy to make the project plan a reality. Did a solid job with the bathroom remodel with the new tiled floor and the wall tiles for the shower. Looked like an old house and now it looks modern as discussed and exceeded expectations. Thank you!

We hired this company to do a complete interior renovation. They were nothing but professional, friendly and very efficient. They worked 7 days a week to meet the deadline. We used Ian and Trident Contracting for our full house remodel in March 2022 and we have had nothing but great results.
