Cant say enough about Chad and his crew. He told me upfront that he could quote the work but wouldn’t be available to start until Dec 10th (several weeks) I half expected to never hear back after he quoted because that has been my experience, but he called the day he said he would and started right away. The job entailed a variety of thing.. he replaced doors, made some old windows operational again, rebuilt rotten railing and siding, scrapped and painted, recreated rotted window sills, but my favorite was refinishing my walnut countertops. They are gorgeous!!
His guys, Paul and Josh were professional and a pleasure to have around.

Chad and his crew are second to none. We have done multiple renovation projects over the years (kitchens, baths, decks, window replacement, etc) and his quality, attention to detail, and punctuality can't be matched in a crowded construction industry. Chad was professional and punctual throughout the entire remodel project of our home that was going up for sale. We had a large project - completely new kitchen, new floors throughout, two new bedroom carpets, popcorn ceiling removal and replace, new interior and front door install, and even added a few requests after Chad and team had already started, which they completed in a timely manner and kept us on schedule.

Great attitude from Chad and team - very easy to work/consult with and provides advice that is in the best interest of the homeowner. Would highly recommend and use again!

Highly recommend! Chad was extremely thorough when we first met to walk through our remodeling needs. He offered excellent ideas and input. During the remodel phase, the areas under construction were thoroughly cleaned before the team left for the day; they worked efficiently and reviewed with me what would happen on a daily basis. Meeting Chad at a kid's birthday party was a chance encounter that led to an incredible result: our bathroom remodel. We love the rehabbing Chad and his professional crew did to restore our subflooring and install a new tile floor. The work forged ahead without significant breaks and was finished in a timely fashion. And we couldn't be happier with the results, now a year-plus removed from the finish.
