Now a year after Hurricane Helene flooded our son's house, we have almost everything back in place for him to move back in. Copley General Contracting came to our rescue, doing the demolition and reconstruction. The quality of their work was unsurpassed. They immediately remedied the minor glitches and did a great job making some improvements in the kitchen. Despite being stretched to their limit, Copley was always timely. Chad's advice on processing our NFIP claim was invaluable. We would not hesitate to call on them again either in blue skies or gray.

Chad and his team did an excellent job repairing water damage we had from a broken pipe. The work included replacing drywall, tile and wood flooring. Chad really made sure the work matched the existing paint, texture, door casings (which he custom created) and flooring. He had told us 3 weeks to completion and he came in on time and on budget. He is a pleasure to work with and really listens to what his clients want while also making suggestions where appropriate. I would definitely recommend him!

David and crew built a new home for us in 2025. We were blessed to have him as our contractor. Quality workmanship, great communication, and everything was done on time. If we ever had a question, David would always pick up the phone to answer that question and give us peace of mind. There was hardly a day when someone wasn't working at the build site. Even the City inspectors complimented Lanco on their quality work.

We also worked with an interior designer on this project and Lanco worked well with that team to bring our dream home to life.

We used Lanco for a renovation and addition. They were great about working around my large and young family. We have 4 kids and we lived in the house during the renovation. They were great! The work they did was great and they stayed on budget.
