From estimate to installation was only a matter of a few days. Antonio and his crew are very professional and the work is flawless. Thank you so much for the beautiful work.

We had stucco work and exterior ceiling work done. Also 2 exterior ceiling fans installed. Competed the work on schedule. We do not speak Spanish and the worker on site did not speak much English. We mostly communicated via text and phone with Arianne who relayed messages back and forth for us, and came on site several times also.

Ultimate Granite Installations get 5-Stars from me, and if possible, I would give them 10-stars. Here’s why and for anyone who has worked with contractors before, you will appreciate what I am going to share.

The project just completed for me included the demolition of old counter and installation of granite countertops on the kitchen counters and a complete remake of the island, modifying it from bar to counter height and relocation of the electrical. They installed the under-mount kitchen sink, connected the garbage disposal, faucet and reconnected the dishwasher ensuring it was secured to the new granite countertop.

In the two bathrooms, new marble countertop with backsplash was installed with under-mount sinks and again, full plumbing connections. WOW! The transition was amazing and it is all brand new!

The laundry room was a challenge due to space constraints. Most installers would say we can’t get this in, but not Antonio. The approach of Ultimate Granite Installations is to SOLUTION, not make excuses. Guess what? Antonio created a make-sense solution by simply removing a piece of door trim, sliding it in so it would not gouge the walls and then replaced the door trim as it was originally. Flawless! Now my old laundry room is a new, full functioning laundry center that is showcased with a beautiful marble top for folding and sorting clothes as they come out of the dryer. Again, perfection!

So, that’s the work that was done, but ……. I must share also why I have come to value and trust this company, their business model and practice:

#1 - First of all, Antonio and his crew are above and beyond in all they do and COMMUNICATION is front-and-center, keeping you informed each step of the process and you are never left guessing what’s next or when. They get it!

#2 - Second, if Antonio says he will be there or his crew will do something — it is done when he says it will be, I call it being PUNCTUAL. If he is to arrive at 9:00 AM, he is there and not a no-show, just leaving you hanging, which is so common in the trades. He actually runs his trade like a business, not just a job, bouncing around putting out fires due to incompetence or poor organization skills. Again, he values his customers and it shows because he respects their time and values their business.

#3 - Third I will say is craftsmanship. When you’re paying to have something done you want it done right without the workers taking shortcuts or compromising the integrity of the finished product. Again, Ultimate Granite, Antonio and his entire team pride themselves in perfection and customer satisfaction. I could not be more pleased.

#4 - Price and value are unmatched. Was I treated fairly in pricing and what I paid? Absolutely. The results and my satisfaction are proof. Was the job estimate the cheapest offered when getting bids? No, it was in the middle and fair. Was it worth it. A resounding YES! There is so much truth to the adage, “YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR”! Antonio delivers.

So, in conclusion, 10-stars if it were allowed, but Google limits me to 5-Stars and Antonio and Ultimate Granite Installations gets each one of them well deserved. If you value integrity, responsibility, timeliness, respect of your business and quality craftsmanship, bundled with unmatched communication, you can be confident in accepting my recommendation and using the services of this outstanding company!

2. Work preformed was done in a craftsmanship manner with no shortcuts or work-around. In other words, they did it right the first time. If there was a part needed, they went and got it at the time, not pushing it out until another time, keeping everything on schedule as promised.
