I recently spent more than $5000, on home remodel:
Home Depot ordered the wrong garage door, the installer made some excuse that they would replace it with the right garage door ordered, 3 month later nothing was done
plus the installers stole item out of the garage. Nothing was supervised ...

The service rep was KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, POLITE AND HELPFUL. my issue was plumbing related but I couldn't wait 2 weeks for a toilet installed.

Ordered a door that was delivered to us from Home Depot. Have been trying to get the door installed for a month now. We get a different story each time and are told information we were not told previously. On Oct 11 we paid for the door installation in full ($1100) was told we would get a call and get scheduled for a new door in 48 hours. Today is the 19th - we are still waiting for that phone call with a door laying in my living room waiting for install. Disappointing, i am not used to this type of service from home depot.

Heather, an associate in the kitchen department has been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole design of our kitchen. She is a true professional and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of kitchen design!

This was my second time using OSI and had a great experience once again. The next time I need another inspection I will come right back to OSI.

They are very thorough and meticulous during their inspection. On top on this, they are very cordial as they go about their work. Once the inspection has been completed,they take the time to go over their findings and answer any questions you might have. Lastly, the final report is sent to you for your files in a very timely manner. Excellent, excellent service!
