These folks were very responsive to my needs in making some minor plumbing repairs in one of my bathrooms prior to the sale of my home.

"Built With Love" as a company name only works if the customer service is truly immaculate. I was skeptical at first, but the referral came from another Service Provider, who has done an amazing job for me over the last few years, Service Pros, for HVAC, and I decided to give them a shot with both my houses after Hurricane Helene. I spent my teenage years working for my uncle at JBI Construction in Atlanta, and have built, rented and sold a dozen houses/condos since becoming an adult. After moving from Atlanta to Florida in 2019, my experience with GC's and Contractors in Florida has been suboptimal at best. I could write a Netflix script around the experiences I've had prior to meeting Mark Hunter and his team at "Built With Love".

And not a moment too soon, I really was petrified after losing two houses to the floods, and consider meeting Mark and team a Godsend. The service I've experienced has been truly unique, better than any service from a team of contractors I've ever had. I'm truly grateful.

To be specific, my emails are always returned promptly as are text messages and voicemails, sometimes on Sunday in the late evening, in fact. The preliminary planning was all done carefully and with wise studied suggestions that I appreciated and took into effect. One of the most valuable strengths was their dutiful work with one particular pedantic adjuster whom we had to fight tooth and nail but in the end prevailed over and received an additional 60k which is not a mere trivial sum. I simply could not have done it without Mark and his studious team of good people.

A long term construction project is an ordeal and I simply can not imagine having to have gone through, not one but two projects, with any other group than "Built With Love" and as we finished one project well under budget and on time and finishing up my Masterpiece property I can adamantly say, they mean "Built With Love".

I've been in sales for 30 years and one of my favorite quotes is from Earl Nightingale, "If honesty didn't exist we ought to invent it as the best means of doing business." This is the vibe that resonated throughout the entire journey with "Built With Love" and Mark's entire team, I can't thank them or refer them enough.

I'd have gladly paid a premium for this level of service and don't feel like I did at all, their numbers were actually much better than many of the first estimates I got. I'm a happy, satisfied believer, feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn if you'd like to hear more.

This company is the absolute very best in the industry!!! I happened to meet Mark Hunter after Hurricane Helene flooded my neighborhood. He was kind and calm and explained how his company would help me with the remediation and rebuild of my home. They started immediately and after 5 months I was able to return to my home. The construction work is incredible - Carlos, Kevin, Natalia were always available to answer any questions or concerns. They also helped me with my daughter's home after Hurricane Helene. I hired built with love to replace the roof at my home. The communication was A+, from the first phone call to inquire about the job all the way to completion. I received updates through out the job as well as follow up emails after the job was completed. Their price was very competitive and reasonable. Absolutely recommend! Built with Love did a fantastic job from initial consultation to final walk thru. This company is amazing to work with! Our house in St. Petersburg was flooded during Helene and Built with Love was the company I hired to do the demo, remediation and renovation of the house. From the start their prices were better by a long shot (no gouging), and during the renovation their responsiveness and attention to detail was amazing. They coached us along the way making valuable recommendations and handling all the details of the project. In the end we have a beautifully renovated house completed on time and on budget.

Great job, had a bad leak in outdoor hose bib, under outdoor steps. They arranged leak detection company, fixed the leak, and arranged cement and tiling service providers to restore the lanai steps where leak had been. Came right away to cap leak so we could turn water back on to our home. It all looks like nothing happened now. Will use them again and all done very quickly.

Ivan walked us through the whole process. Thoroughly explained everything. Setup appt. Showed up on time. Very reasonable. Clean professional work. No issues. Would use their services again. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Ivan and his talented professional crew. I had a pipe leak causing pretty serious damage to the house, I had the pipe repaired prior starting restoration, however during restoration they discovered the pipe was not fully repaired and still had a sizable crack. I did not want to go back to the same plumbing company and reached out to Heavenly. Ivan was able to come the next day for an estimate, he was extremely thorough, went over the worst and best case scenario and provided a VERY reasonable estimate for both. Ivan was able to have his crew at the house and repairs done within less than a week of initial contact even with a holiday thrown in there. Great communications, always felt in the loop, all around superb company.

We are so very pleased with the quick service we received from Ivan & his crew. We had a toilet leak & they came within 20 minutes of our call. They went right to work finding the problem & we’re very efficient & told us exactly what needed to be done. We are very pleased with the service that Ivan provided for us.

Excellent work. I had Heavenly Plumbing install a tankless water heater system and water conditioner (saltless water softener) and purification system. The building is 13 or so years old and the job was a challenge with some unexpected hurdles, but the team worked as long and hard as needed to get the job done within the price quoted and I had great follow up and communication throughout the project.

Very customer focused and they take pride in the quality of their work. I will call them again if I have a future plumbing project!
