I was having issues with the connection between the gateway and my phone app. I didn't know if my solar panels were operating or not. I tried calling Enphase but they were unable to connect to the system by phone either. My original installers went out of business so Enphase suggested I try a new installer to come out to see what the problem was. I reached out to Bay Area Solar and Christina came out and got our system online in no time. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I had found this company earlier when we first decided to go with the solar panels. Bay Area Solar Solutions has the most stellar customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had our panels installed in 2019 and the whole process was a breeze. Since then we had one panel with a warrantied issue and one that was shot by a neighbor that doesn’t understand physics. But Christine at Bay Area Solar Solutions got us fixed up both times and it was painless. If you’ve ever worked with a contractor or had anyone do any work on your home, you know this is rarely the case. The first panel was replaced without us even knowing. The second panel was just recently so Christine has had to search to find a replacement but did it quickly and efficiently. I am so impressed and grateful!

I spent months researching the system I wanted and who best to install it. Thankfully, I made the right decision. Bay Area has been nothing short of professional, effective, and efficient. Super clean install and all wrapped up in a day. Christina was a blessing on PTO-day to smooth over a few hiccups without hassle. Can’t go wrong with Bay Area.

We bought a house in December with 28 solar panels. About May, I noticed our electric bill was starting to increase. We connected with a fella who put us in touch with Bay Area Solar. Christina, the owner, came to the house and did some preliminary troubleshooting. The inverter was bad but still under warranty. She was able to expedite the warranty process and got her partner, Jared, to squeeze us in to get it replaced! We had dealt with other companies and people prior to connecting with the guy that got us linked up with Bay Area Solar, so we had been paying about $200/mo in electric for about 5 mos! From the time we connected with Christina to time of installation of new inverter was less than 3 weeks! That included the claim process, which Christina took care of for us completely! I can't thank Bay Area Solar enough for their expeditious, friendly, and knowledgeable service!! Amazing group of folks. We will use them for all our future solar needs and I will be highly recommending them to everyone I meet with solar needs. Extremely satisfied!
