They just started servicing HVAC! Jason & Chris came out & did a thorough inspection & advised the best thing to do to extend the life of my system! Very much appreciated their professionalism & expertise. Reasonable price! Highly recommend!

The fellows that came out to replace and install our home complete master circuit breaker system
were fantastic. Amazingly, the office team gave them the wrong unit to replace . So after spending about five man-days work, the same amazing electrician and his tech had to come out, tear out what he and others had just installed and put in place a different master circuit system, thankfully at no cost to me. A costly mistake for them. We also had much confusion with scheduling. Overall, the quality of work was excellent. The office team could use some retraining.

Jason was prompt, evaluated the issues with my AC and attempted to correct the problem. With a very old AC it couldn't be fixed. He detailed work that would be done with a new installation and scheduled it for 2 days later. I would definitely recommend Jason and Red Royal HVAC.

Had the main breaker checked in the process of addressing a double ground wire connected to a single lug that was found as part of home inspection. Found that the main breaker had become out of compliance as its UL rating was no longer valid thus could impact insurance. Rather than come back another day with new breaker, it was driven to home while electrician waited and then promptly installed. Excellent work by the electrician and the home team.

Brandon quickly located our electrical problem and solved it. He was very patient with us when explaining the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. We thought the pricing was fair for the amount of work he did. Thank you!

Casey and Will did a great job. They provided a detailed, complimentary safety evaluation. They also determined the source of our problem by carefully inspecting the breaker. They made an appropriate replacement and so far everything has worked well.

Red Royal Electric did a great job upgrading our breaker panel to 200 amp. Dan and Will were on time and on budget.

Red Royal has done work at the law office I work at and they have always been friendly, respectful and done a great job. Brandon Phipps most recently was here and he was able to come out quickly and solve our issues. Great service from everyone I speak to at their office to schedule the appointments as well!

Daniel Cruz saved the day. Had a fan installed but couldn’t get it working. He traced the wire (old house, someone reversed the wiring pairs when they hooked things up) and got me up and running without delay.

We called and requested a visit asap. Two promptly arrived that same morning.. They were attentive to our description of the issues and began an inspection , after about 50 minutes, they reported no inside problems and to call Duke Electric. I received a bill for over 400 dollars . Seemed excessive. Prompt and courteous but expensive. Duke arrived the next day and repaired the outside line. No charge.

Power went out at my house in a heat wave. Red Royal came out quick to inspect my house and troubleshoot. Turned out to be an issue with my transformer so I was able to get the city out to fix it. Red Royal was quick, clear, and provided reasonable options. They even worked with me and my home warranty company so I could get reimbursed. I will be using them next time I have any issues.

Overall, a very good experience. Cody and Dillon were my electricians They did an excellent job! They came out to replaced my circuit breaker box. They also assisted me with diagnosing the issue with how water was getting into the circuit breaker box via the disconnect for my AC unit on the roof. A couple of days later, they came out and replaced the disconnect and made it water tight. if I had any suggestions on how they could’ve done better, it would be to be more aware of the home owners environment. I have hardwood floors in my unit and I did ask if I should cover them and Cody said no they had a drop cloth that they could put down but unfortunately they did end up scratching them a bit so I’m gonna have to have that area buffed out

What a great contractor experience. The techs at Red Royal completed the re-wire job in the timeline they quoted and were very thorough, double checking all their work to insure perfection. No corners were cut and they didn’t leave until every detail of the job was complete. I can highly recommend this team for all your electrical needs. Great Job Red Royal.

The people at Red Royal have always been polite and easy to work with. Without knowing where the problems lay, it is without question I have been disappointed in the service. It has taken at lease 4 (maybe 5) visits by Red Royal to address the damage from a power surge. Twice to get the proper equipment installed and twice to respond to corrections necessary to meet county code. I was also left with “hole” in my stucco wall that I was initially told that was my problem to repair, and then after talking with you management,?the subcontractor sent to address the problem took three more visit to fill the hole and then clean up the splatter mess left behind.

Overall not a failing grade, but no better than poor performance.

Red Royal was great. They came out same day and gave me various options to solve my issue that day. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Left the house the way it was when they started--- no mess. Would highly recommend them.
